Great location but......

This is not one of the best WordMark hotels. After you have been here a few hours you will notice that the hotel can be quite noisy. If you are on the ground floor, you can hear everything on the floor above you. The rooms are not very spacious. However, the room was clean and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking. And the bathrooms are quite small. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is well situated. It is right beside a ski lift and the river. everything in town is within reasonable walking distance. Also, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. However, you could get a Wi-Fi connection at the lobby. Not certain if this is a short term problem in early July 2021 and I impression that may be of longer duration This is not one of the best WordMark hotels. Super Comfortable Family Condo

We stayed for a weekend for a two couples getaway and the Family Condo worked out great. It's right along the river which was lovely and most often we walked to everything in town. We were soooo happy to have two bedrooms AND two bathrooms. Plus, there was another pull out bed which we didn't need to use. The kitchen and full sized fridge was helpful along with the dining area, living area and outdoor deck. We had plenty of options to sit around and hangout. We couldn't get the fireplace to work, but that wasn't a huge deal. The bathrooms were large and clean and we were also very glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit as well! We had brought our own laundry soap, but they do provide two soap packets also. The bedroom was a little on the tight side, and we could hear the other couple a bit through the vents, but minor details and all in all very happy with the stay. Great place for a family vacation!

Just finished our second summer stay at the WorldMark Red River and loved it just as much as the first time. We had a great two bedroom condo with washer and dryer, kitchen, two bathrooms, and the river and ski hill right behind. Would totally stay here again! Terrible customer service!!! Stay away!

We booked a stay for beginning March 12, arrived at check in alittle after 4 pm, and I was told that they were over 25% capacity and they canceled my reservation on March 2. I said that I never recieved a cancelation email and the charge on my credit card had not been refunded. I showed them a email they sent to me on the 9th of March welcoming me and covering the covid guidelines and ask them to show me the email they sent to me on the 2nd and they could not produce it. Also asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be back till the next day. They straight up left us hanging out to dry, luckily the nice lady across the street at Cooper King stayed after her work hours and found us a room for the night. Lied to every day!

We were pleased with the updated look of the inside of the 2 bedroom unit and the gorgeous view of the ski runs. We noticed right away that our fireplace did not work and called the front desk. We were told maintenance would look at it right away the next day. No one came. We called again and were told maintenance didn't work that day but the supervisor would contact us at 11 am. No one contacted us. When we checked the 3rd day in a row they said maintenance was off again and that the supervisor would come check it out. Again no one came. So upset that we were put in a unit that the fireplace wouldn't work and they wouldn't change our room. I understand that the hot tub is closed due to Covid but this was unacceptable. We found 3 areas of garbage under the 2 chairs which meant there was no way floors were swept, mopped. I found a used razor cartridge on the ledge of the sink in the master bathroom which means counters were not cleaned and sanitized. The kitchen faucet doesn't have hot water, guessing it's because it's on an outside wall and isn't properly insulated. Heat coming on is extremely loud in the master bedroom- sounds like a plane coming in. A beautiful area, charming town, and could be a great place to stay if management cared about the customer.
