disappointing

The view from our room was not enjoyable as we overlooked the road to the service area. As a result, the "gators" used by the service staff to go up and down the hill were very, very loud. The walls are extremely paper thin at this resort in unit 11. We could hear individuals in the two adjacent accommodations clearly farting, coughing, talking, and having sex. There were cobwebs in the lampshades, dead insects on the windowsills, and stains on the bedroom carpet. There were not enough dishes (4) and glasses (4) in the cabinets so the dishwasher had to be run frequently. The glasses and dishes in the cabinets -- when we arrived, were not clean. The dishwasher did a poor job. The miniature golf was enjoyable, but the shuffle board components were broken. The corn hole was fun. We enjoyed the fire pit after we called to ask when it would be lit when it wasn't lit according to the sign posted. The location is convenient, but the soundproofing really needs attention as does the dishwasher. Bed was ok. The staff people were polite, friendly, and helpful. Can't wait to stay again!

The townhome was a perfect size for our family of 8. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and always followed up with concerns. The kids enjoyed the pool, game room and putt putt. It was super cool to wake up and see a bear on the property. Can't wait to stay there again!!! The townhome was a perfect size for our family of 8. It was very clean. Smokey Mountain Treasure

Wonderful Experience, Great Location in the midst of the Smokey Mountains, away from congestion, but easy to get to all the attractions, entertainment and restaurants in the area. A very well kept resort. Resort is nice, but unit was cramped.

We stayed in a one-bedroom that was advertised as "spacious and relaxing." However, our unit was very small, bedroom barely contained a queen size bed, The bathroom was supposed to have a whirlpool tub, but the tiny bathroom had a standard tub & shower combo. The walls were very thin, we could hear the neighbors having normal conversation. We stayed in a one-bedroom that was advertised as "spacious and relaxing." Good location

The location is close to grocery store, restaurants and scenic areas. Off the main street which gives you more options. Only complaint was our shower enclosure was so small. The condo was nice size otherwise. The location is close to grocery store, restaurants and scenic areas. Off the main street which gives you more options.
