Beware of the parking ripoff fee and no daily cleaning service

Since the property is so accustomed to the scamming of timeshare they feel obligated to rip you off with the 25 Buck a day "parking Fee" The front desk sprung this on me and noted immediately that it is NOT a resort fee but a "parking fee". The woman said this so fast she must be used to immediate arguments. And the 25 buck a day parking is not for secure parking it is general spaces all over the ungated property. The only people that are charged are the guests. Visitors can come and go for no cost. My 4 night stay added 110 dollars for the "parking fee not a resort fee" Don't bother complaining these people have heard it before and are very used to blowing people off. Again, remember this is a time share location You will also get a phone call before checking in to welcome you and try to convince you to do there time share scam tour. Besides the fee the property was dated. The rooms were tired and God forbid you need ice. I hope you brought comfortable walking shoes for the ice maker hike. the pool area was nice. The topper was no room cleaning. night stay and not a towel was changed. If you stay a week you get a mid week cleaning. Amazing Getaway

If your looking for a great place to chill (or do stuff, SDA is 30 mins away), this is a beautiful property! Huge, but manageable, (with a fleet of golf carts to get you around)! The rooms a beautiful & have every amenity! The staff is exceptional, friendly, personal & professional! If you like gold, you’ll be in heaven here! My ONLY issue was the HARD 10 AM checkout, (property is at 20% occupancy - this issue upset me & ruined my last day, (I was asking for an extra hour))! Family get away

Family went on a get away for a few days mid week. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. We were notified of an emergency water shut off for 6 hours from 10am to 4pm. Instead of being offered to move rooms they provided a gallon bottle of water for use. When we came back at 6pm the water was back, but only cold and the color of the water was greenish brown. Night staff didn’t know that the problem was not fixed and said it would be several hours more before the water issue will be fixed. Family went on a get away for a few days mid week. Amazing stay!

The hotel was amazing and was very accommodating! The hot tub was also very nice and the views were amazing! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Thanksgiving in Carlsbad!

We enjoyed our fun trip with our newly married daughter and her husband. The accommodations were great and the weather perfect. We rode our bikes, played golf and jogged in the area.
