Останавливались на неделю по обмену RCI. Место удивительное для нас, хотя повидали многое. Территория для времяпровождения на открытом воздухе включает по большей части бассейн, террасу ресторана и небольшой участок у моря за выездом (тоже с бассейном и ресторанчиком). Вместе с нами проживало еще человек 80 и все друг друга узнавали уже на 3-й день. Публика солидная, воспитанная, привыкшая к покою и сервису. Никто не выделывал «коленца», несмотря на море текилы и коньяка в распоряжении от рассвета до заката. Обслуживающий персонал обучен исключительно, но чаевые явно ожидающий, несмотря на All includes. Хорошо выполнять свои обязанности не везде получается, а здесь это показалось недопустимым. Как только ты присел, бармен тут же появляется с твоим любимым напитком, да и с юморком пройдется по твоей новой шляпе. Не плохо, но через 4 дня мозг закипает от безделья. Надо что-то придумать и тут оказывается, что в номере есть бесплатный WF, хотя ты клялся не притрагиваться к клавишам хотя бы недельку. С 6pm на террасе у столиков раздавались звуки гитары или саксофона, что и было спасением. Живой звук и виртуозность исполнения завораживали теплыми вечерами, перекликаясь с резкими криками самцов-фазанов, разгуливающих по территории, как у себя дома. Черепахи и вараны также готовы были поспорить о своем праве на главную роль. Могу только порадоваться за новых гостей в этом отеле, но прихватите с собой колоду карт, если не уверены в своих силах на длительный период релакса. Останавливались на неделю по обмену RCI. Wonderful, Exclusive Hotel Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Casa Velas. Billed as a "boutique hotel", we imagined a small, intimate place. However the hotel feels like a grand estate with luxurious gardens and pools. The limited number of guests makes you feel very special and allows you to enjoy a personal experience with the staff. The food was first rate. We enjoyed the fact the the hotel is not at the beach but in an exclusive area surrounded by a golf course and gardens, very quiet and peaceful. The nearby beach club on the water, just minutes away by shuttle, was uncrowded and very relaxing with even better food. We spent the afternoons at a cabana on the beach. We would recommend this place highly if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation in paradise, away from noise and crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Casa Velas. Doesn't get much better than this

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Velas and wished we could have stayed longer! The staff could not be nicer (thank you Carlos, Daniel, Ricardo and all!) or do more to make sure you are beyond taken care of. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the boutique experience and the guests were all so friendly with one another. Tau beach club was the highlight of our stay - it could not be more beautiful and Benny will make sure you have whatever you need. Thank you to both Benny's! Drink and food at the beach are amazing. Peaceful Oasis

From the moment we arrived on the property we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms and all of the public areas were impeccably clean. Every single meal we had was absolutely delicious. I have told so many people how much we loved our experience at Casa Velas, we will definitely be back! A paradise in Mexico!

Staying here was everything I thought it would be and more. There is so much space and the beauty is incredible. We were so looked after!!!! I would definitely go back!!! Highly recommend it. Amazing relaxing stay!

I enjoyed every moment at Casa Velas and highly recommend you check it out! The location is super close to the airport and a ton of restaurants/shops, it is not on the beach but you have access via 5 mins shared shuttle at their sister location and the golf course location is beautiful and relaxing. Every single person who worked here and at all sister hotels were exceptionally friendly and professional, making sure our stay was perfect. There is only one main restaurant (+ room service and pool service) but the food was fresh and delicious. The rooms/entire hotel was clean/sanitized and I felt very safe. We went to the spa for massages and I have never been so relaxed! If you need a little R&R and time to reset, I cannot recommend this location enough. The hotel also had onsite COVID testing (required to get back into the US) which was easy and convenient. I enjoyed every moment at Casa Velas and highly recommend you check it out!
