Great experience

Fantastic vacation at Holiday Inn Puebla La Noria, everything perfectly clean as always, great attention from the staff, the waiters at the restaurant are charming, valet at the parking lot are very helpful and kind people and nobody ever mistreated to my pet. I love to have laundry room, mostly when you bring a kid and a pet. I dislike a little the pool area because it looks desertic and sad almost spooky, maybe you can create a garden. OK But Not Great

We had a good view from the 16th floor. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Big comfortable bed, clean room. Unfortunately we chose this because of the pool,.but it was way too cold to enjoy it! The hotel is in a newer, upscale area. . . Not really typical of Mexico We had a good view from the 16th floor. Rooms have seen better days

We have stayed at this H Inn property a number of times over the years. The service is still good, but the property is in desperate need of a makeover. The lobby was remodeled a few years ago, but now they need to do the rooms which are definitely showing their age. Even the beds are starting to feel old. The views are stunning especially on floors 20 and up. We have stayed at this H Inn property a number of times over the years. Great hotel, great staff!

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks on business. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel lived up to expectations. The breakfast staff and front desk were excellent and were always willing to help. ( the food was good too!) I spend many months in hotels due to work and the staff at this hotel made it feel like a home.... always welcoming. They deserve to be recognized for this. Great hotel to stay in

A very nice staff, very professional and cortious. I had a great view on the volcano from my room and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Excellent selection of food, well prepared and buffet served.
