Прекрасное место для уединенного и спокойного отдыха

Были в конце ноября, чудесное место с красивым морем, очень удобно плавать и можно выйти из номера сразу на пляж. Очень чисто и приятный персонал. Вполне вкусная еда, но конечно немного специфическая для европейского желудка) можно взять велосипед или машину и проехать по острову, на пароме добрать до материка или на маленьком самолетике за 20 минут) Чудесная возможность попасть в лето в разгар московской зимы) Были в конце ноября, чудесное место с красивым морем, очень удобно плавать и можно выйти из номера сразу на пляж. Чистый новый отель

Отель понравился. Интерьер стильный, свежий, персонал отзывчивый. Одна проблема - интернет платный :( Пляж великолепный, мелкий песочек, лежаки, обслуживание на пляже тоже есть. Волн почти нет (хотя в других частях Канкуна во время шторма они были огромные). Отель понравился. Интерьер стильный, свежий, персонал отзывчивый. LOVED OUR STAY

We stayed here via a friends recommendation and it did not disappoint. From the extremely friendly staff to the beautiful views and excellent snorkeling right outside our room, we had the best week! A big shout out to Jesus and Eduardo at Caribeño for taking care of us all week and Alexis for bringing us delicious room service! They go above and beyond here. On our first night we were treated to a special anniversary dessert and drink! It was completely unexpected and really set the stage for the wonderful week that we would have. The resort never felt busy and we very much enjoyed being able to snorkel in crystal clear water right outside our room. The coral, fish, yellow and southern stingrays, flamingos tongues, queen conchs, and king helmets were all so stunning! Stay here, you won’t regret it! Five stars without the front desk hustle

Good dive operation, nice rooms, 4 restaurants all f which are good. But the hustle at the front desk for up charge is unacceptable. Had to extend trip one night and got charged double for same room. If you go on trip advisor the superior beach front room would cost less than the room we are staying in. But we do not want to change rooms for one night, so being forced to pay a huge upcharge to stay in our room. Really unacceptable. We originally booked thru Beaver Divers in Vail. We are part f an all inclusive group. Will never return here! There are better places to dive with better service. Good dive operation, nice rooms, 4 restaurants all f which are good. Overly Rated

This is our second stay in a beachfront room at this resort property. It is convenient with direct access to the pier for snorkeling. The staff is courteous and helpful. They want to please guests as much as they can. The room is well appointed. Yet, we found that both bathroom sinks do not drain entirely, so some attention is needed there. I notified the front desk three times about the sink issue, but nothing was done. Please also be advised that this is not always a quiet resort. The management failed to notify us about an event held on the weekend during our stay. There was a corporate event that essentially took over the hotel, and that included a mini triathlon event, a dinner gala with loud music on the beach right in front of our beachfront room. It is obvious that the hotel valued the corporate client over us as vacationers, notwithstanding the substantial nightly rate that we paid for this premium room and location. Great but nothing is perfect

I made three booking directly with the hotel for a two week stay, with the option to cancel. The checkin went smoothly. The map of hotel is available. This is a big property. Take time to walk around to get to know where things are as hotel staff only provide map rather than taking time to walk you through. The first room was a luxury ocean view which is on the second floor near tennis court, gym and spa. The room is spectacular with big window and a balcony to watch the sunset sky. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with rain shower, two sinks but no bathtub. Closet space is ample but might be tight for two guests. Mosquito spray and other bathroom amenities are well stocked except bathrobes. Keep in mind that the hotel is big and there is a lot of walking to get anywhere. Tried a couple restaurants which were quite good. Make sure to reserve the table at the seafood restaurant as it could be crowded for dinner. The Saturday night the hotel hosted a wedding so loud music to be expected, especially in the 51 and 52 areas of the hotel. There are two pool. The one near restaurants and reception is nice but always crowded. The one in the garden area is not tiled. The pool is rather simple, not inviting. All in all this is a good hotel to stay and to relax. The snorkeling is pretty good. The boat for excursions will pick up guests at the hotel pier. Official Ironman hotel

We stayed during the the ironman with my son and loved the hotel. Make sure you choose an ocean view room so that you can start the day with the waves sound and the amazing view. The sea was amazing and just a minute away from our room. The hotel has 4 restaurants which were all good and the staff was very very helpful. We will be back.
