Отель расположен в центре курорта Икстапа и предлагает классический вариант пляжного отдыха по системе "Все включено". При этом есть несколько ресторанов с обслуживанием по меню. Номер нам дали на высоком этаже, что дало возможность любоваться прекрасным видом на океан. Хороший пляж. Большой выбор спортивных развлечений. booking excursions

I am planning to stay at this hotel in late January and I have already booked excursions with Victor and Gerry.Have booked with Victor before and found his excursions are fairly priced and he makes sure you get everything you ask for. The ixtapa island excursion is fantastic and well worth the price.A great day relaxing on a beach,great food and drinks and a good time swimming in the ocean without large waves.They book with reputable tour guides who are insured and are always making sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend booking through these great guys no matter which resort you are staying at. Old and ugly as it can be.

We recently had a terrible experience at the hotel. Since we arrived you can notice that the hotel is old, and without proper maintenance. The furniture is damaged, the floor is dirty and the pools have a suspicious blue/green color. People are swimming using street casual clothes and nobody tells them anything. On top of this terrible visual experience, the room bathroom was infested with ants running all over the place. The hotel solution was to fumigate the room and asked us to leave the place for at least 2 hours. Whom in god sake will return to a fumigated 2 square room with two children? The only positive thing about this, was the customer service. The hotel manager understood the situation, recognized the bad quality experience and refunded me the total amount without penalties. My recommendation is to stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to have a terrible experience. We recently had a terrible experience at the hotel. wasted a day

I arrived at 9am and was told to wait until 12:30pm. 12:30 comes around and all I got was the bracelet and now I have to wait until 3pm for my room. I haven’t been able to enjoy my first day at all. Don’t eat the food

Very bad food. There was a “restaurant” that was buffet style and snack bar that were low quality,cheap, and not authentic Mexican food.. disappointing. Lots of little kids around. Better to be not all inclusive and go eat at restaurants across the street. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.. Very bad food. Average hotel. I got what I expected. Affordable price, decent food. Great service. One morning , the food was a bit salty, but I'm sure it was that morning only because the rest of the stay food was good. Average hotel. I got what I expected. Affordable price, decent food.
