Отличный бутик-отель

Это отличный бутик-отель в котором мы останавливались на три ночи. У нас был очень милый номер. Все очень чисто и просторно. Отель очень уютный стиле 70-х. Расположение отличное. Вы можете легко дойти пешком до интересных мест и отличных ресторанов. Канатная дорога находится совсем рядом. Персонал очень дружелюбным и услужливым. В ванной был хороший душ с полками. Wi-Fi отлично работал. Можно выйти на террасу. Нам очень понравилось. Это отличный бутик-отель в котором мы останавливались на три ночи. У нас был очень милый номер. Все очень чисто и просторно. Awesome location

This is in a wonderful location to everything in San Francisco. It is within walking distance to many locations. The hotel is updated and the rooms are very nice. The rooftop terrace is a great place to sit and you can see the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Just FYI there is no air conditioning. We stayed in June with heat wave but were never hot at night. Excellent Location and Accommodations

Excellent Location and Accommodations, right on Hyde Street and 2 block from all the chocolate you could dream of. 2 Blocks to Fisherman's Warf and excellent sea food. Resort was clean and neat, COVID Friendly. Great location!

This is our first time visiting this resort and we were very impressed, from the moment we entered the lobby. I called the office 10 days before arrival to advise we would have a vehicle and need a parking spot in their garage. I also informed them we were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary with them. After an easy check-in process,and getting a parking pass, we drove around the block and entered the garage. The parking area is tight, and there is space for 12 vehicles, but not a tremendous amount of room to maneuver once inside. In order to enter the garage, it is necessary to exit your vehicle to place a keycard to the sensor that activates the door. At check-in, in addition to your keycard, you will be issued a wristband with a mini keycard. I would suggest keeping this available for the garage door. There is a small elevator serving the lobby level thru the 3rd floor. It doesn't go to the garage area, but there is a walk up ramp from the garage to the lobby elevator, and several luggage carts We were most impressed with our room location. It is on the 3rd floor, and is an end unit. This unit has a floor to ceiling wall of windows facing North, with fantastic views of the bay, Alcatraz, Angel Island and the Tiburon, Sausalito area of the bay. Many of the other units have bedroom and bathroom windows facing into the inside atrium area of the area of the building. The unit is fine for a couple or a family of four. There is a small bathroom with a tub/shower, a bedroom with a king bed and large closet, along with a large window looking out to Hyde Street and the cable car line. The living room has a large sleeper sofa. The dining table is in the living area also. The kitchen is tight, not really big enough for two people to move around in comfortably. The kitchen has table settings for four. There is also a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a convection microwave oven on the countertop, along with a two burner stove top. We have a wide balcony, with a small table and two chairs, which would be nice in warm weather. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but there are a couple of coin operated washer/dryers on the lobby level. All furnishings are in good condition and the complex is well maintained. Sofa and bed are both very comfortable. I found the lighting a little dim for reading after dark, but still doable. Everyone working at the complex that we encountered was friendly, helpful and courteous, office personnel, housekeeping and maintenance. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, some of the usual amenities are not available, but anything extra needed can be asked for at the office. The location of the complex is ideal for exploring the Fisherman’s Wharf area. It is easy walking to Ghirardelli Square and the Embarcadero area. If you are looking for a grocery store, Safeway is about half a mile east on North Point Street, at the North Point Center. There is free parking while shopping, with validation. A good place for breakfast or lunch is Eight AM Restaurant at 1323 Columbus, just one block east on North Point. Good food and hearty portions. I would also recommend Spinnaker Restaurant, in Sausalito, for lunch or dinner. We visited for lunch mid week and it was not crowded at all. Good food and excellent service, with beautiful views of the bay and San Francisco skyline. Great for location and parking

Stayed for a week as a timeshare exchange and yes the view and location is worth every penny and they have a little parking garage under the condos to park ur car. Make sure you let them know you are bringing a car. The view of Alcatraz and Fishersmans Wharf as soon as you step outside the door plus a trolley stop and a bus stop is literally right next to the place. 4star-view & location 3 star at best if located elsewhere in the city. Each suite has large living area with dining seating but small bathroom and suitable but outdated kitchen and appliances. Bedroom suitable with large closet but one set of dresser drawers. Condo has no AC. Can hear your neighbors come and go and talk due to lack of insulation between rooms. Room doors are heavy and loud so even when you try to be quiet you can’t be. Elevator is tricky and front staff was great but the poor morning person was always frazzled due to being stuck with multiple things which lead to no coffee most of the time of waiting to get car key. On second day the maid took some personal items of ours and when confronted denied it. Bed is comfy. Kitchen had a ton of stuff. Water filtration system in basement to refill water bottles to cut down on buying water was a huge plus!!!!!!!!!! Great location, bed mattress firm and comfortable

Great location a few blocks from pier 39. Bed mattress firm and comfortable. The sofabed mattress was not comfortable. Kitchen doesn't have an oven, only a cooktop stove and microwave that has a convection oven feature. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and includes a coffee maker and toaster and blender. Third floor room not facing street was quiet except for cablecar ding ding. The view from rooftop deck pretty especially at sunset. There are apples and coffee in lobby. There is also a bin in the lobby to share unopened food items which was handy for cooking.
