Оправдал ожидания

Останавливались семьей (4 чел.) в номере-студио с одной спальней №2408 на 24-м этаже. Устроило все: расположение, цена, бесплатная парковка, оборудованная кухня, бесплатный WI-FI. Это не отель в его классическом понимании, скорей кондоминиум. Посторонних шумов не слышно. Вышло 165 долл., за ночь на 4-х, включая парковку, что не мало важно. На момент путешествия это был самый оптимальный вариант, чтобы остановиться в центре города (про цены первой и второй линии умолчу). Рекомендую для самостоятельных путешествий в составе семьи. Разочарование

Единственный плюс - отнсительная близость к пляжу, и невыскоая цена. Остальное - номер тесный, из того что должно было быть одной комантой, сделали две неудобных, ремонт старый, очень не понравился ресепшн - пришлось довольно долго ждать пока зарегистрируют, в здании не только Роял Кухио, но и ещё какие-то организации, как-то неудобно, неуютно.. Думаю за те же деньги можно найти отель получше! Единственный плюс - отнсительная близость к пляжу, и невыскоая цена. Why has nobody mentioned that the pool has been closed for two years?????

See title... totally tricked by RCI trading in here since Zero mention of pool under construction since fall of 2019. Umm, this is Dec 2021. The location is great, rooms small but updated, full kitchen with 1 bedroom unit, free parking (at least with RCI trade). No view (we had worst room, 802, by elevator) but comfy bed & great shower. Bus stop in front on Kuhio. Full fridge, we used coffee maker & microwave only but unit is stocked by with pots, pans, toaster, full stove/oven, full fridge, blender, dishwasher, etc. Wifi good. TVs didn't work at first, quick call to maintenance & it took 2 guys & 20 min but got it working (2 TV's). Not sure I'd stay here again with no pool but the location is excellent. Think about everything before you stay here ~

I would not stay at this place again. The parking is easy, however you have to park on the six floor take an elevator down to the first floor walk around the lobby, then take an elevator up to your floor (ours was the ninth). Our first night there we were awakened by the fire alarm going off and telling us to evacuate and not use the elevators. There are over 30 floors in this building. As we were getting dressed we were trying to imagine walking down the stairs with 30 floors worth of people trying to evacuate a fire. We decided that we would exit at the six floor and walk down through the garage instead of being in the press of people. After we were dressed they gave us the all clear sign and told us that somebody had pulled the fire alarm by accident in the lobby. No problem things happen. The next night the same thing happened! However they gave us the all clear much faster. I went to the VI office to ask them what happened and was told “we don’t know that’s a security problem ask them”. OK I will never stay here again I will never return ~. The idea that my timeshare just doesn’t care about what’s going on in the building is a little bit to much and the idea of trying to evacuate with all those people it’s just too much the stairways are not large enough to handle that amount of people. A clean, comfortable suite with a view of Waikiki

We were in a corner suite (#912). We had a lanai looking out over Kuhio Avenue. Our unit had a shower (no tub) and a full kitchen. Our unit also had free WiFi. Mixed review

The beds were comfortable. The full size kitchen was an added plus during our stay. GPS was wrong, taking us to a seedy area. In a very popular area of Waikiki so the outside was loud until about 10 each night. We were lucky to be high enough to see the ocean from our balcony. Lifetime does not list the name of the building. Late night check in, through security, was not listed as an option. The window unit was loud and very distracting. The beds were comfortable. Great for the price!

Exceeded my expectations. Exterior and lobby appearance very dated, but the room was clean, comfortable, and functional. Also had free parking which is huge in Waikiki!
