Back after 25 years

Returned after 21 years. Hotel is in great shape and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch very good . Dinner just so, so . Were replacing palapa roof so lobby was a little dirty . Lisa at the lobby bar was great. Beach water was dirty and drops off fast. Only mistake was using Costco travel. Last to board plane , could only get last flight of day and poor room selection . I will be back!

I am sad to leave tomorrow because this has been such a great, relaxing trip and the entire staff has been wonderful. Sergio and Andreas at the main pool never left us empty of drinks and food! Ask for Andreas special margarita - pineapple, Serrano pepper and cilantro - fantastic! Virginia and Rafi at the Sonne were so attentive!! They all remembered our names! Inigra was wonderful as well, they want you to have a great experience! Outside of the room service pizza and nachos the food was also great. No complaints at the restaurants. So many menu choices at the Asian and Italian, plan on going more than once. Being a member I've been to multiple FAVC locations. This one might be dated, but our room was absolutely fine - had a great view, AC and you could sleep thru the night. This weather was perfect all week. All in all, a great trip. What an amazing stay. Everything was so easy with check-in. We spent most days out by the pool. We were taken such great care of by Sergio. Before my drink was empty, Sergio was there with another one for me. He made sure we always had everything we needed - drinks, food and anything else. I can’t say enough great things about Sergio! The food here was amazing - my favorite was the Asian restaurant. Our room was great, very clean (housekeeping did a great job) and we were able to keep the room very cool with the air conditioning. We will be back next year for sure! The customer service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. Such a fun, relaxing vacation. What an amazing stay. Everything was so easy with check-in. The BEST service

We stayed at fiesta Americana and I must say the STAFF IS AMAZING! They all have great customer service and really catered to your needs. I would stay here a million times just for the staff. Some of the staff we encountered are as follow, Jazihel, Armando, Emanuel, Rosalio, Angel,and Chlauista. Thank you to them for making our trip amazing! Having staff like them is what will continue to bring the crowds. They are amazing!! Thank you to all the staff at fiesta Americana for being AMAZING!! Also the staff around the pool were amazing too!! Thank you! We stayed at fiesta Americana and I must say the STAFF IS AMAZING! They all have great customer service and really catered to your needs. Enjoy the wonderful views at Fiesta Americana. Enjoy the pool, surf and beach. Staff was excellent. Everyone was invested in making our vacation a great experience. Our room was quite spacious with a good sized balcony and ocean and sunset views. The choice of restaurants and bars were adequate.
