D-32: Прямой вид на океан, 5 минут до центра

Жили втроем в номере D-32 (частные апартаменты) с одной спальней на 4 этаже. Балкон выходит прямо на океан, до берега 15 метров. В номере софа (скорее для 1 человека, чем для двух взрослых), кондиционер, кухня, посудомоечная машина. Помещение хорошо проветривается, если открыть балкон и жалюзи в спальне. Кондиционер ни разу не включали. До ресторанов и магазинов в центре 5 минут ходьбы. Для тех, кому необходимо остановиться именно в Коне, это отличный вариант. great oceanfront view

Booked the room on a new year's deal. This meant I didn't "pick" what room I got. Got a great rate, but apparently that also meant a very low rate room. The view was spectacular but the room had a lot to be desired. We have stayed here before and had a beautiful room so they are not all shabby. This resort is at the edge of town so we could walk to dinner everyday. Very convenient. Nice grounds. Small resort so not crowded. Booked the room on a new year's deal. Great location

Raintree at Kona Reef is a great oceanfront location. Very convenient located, walking distance to many restaurants, farmers market and shops. Very quiet and relaxing no frills resort. Awful

Do not stay at this garbage hotel. We booked through priceline which went through a management company to get the room. We got locked out of our room 10 minutes after checking in and could not get back into the room for almost 24 hours. We had to stay at another hotel and since all our luggage was locked in the room had to buy all new stuff. Then they denied the refund request, absolute garbage place. Great Location with a Very Impressive Ocean View

This review is based on our experience in Building F, specifically at Unit F-26, which we booked through VRBO for an 8-night stay. I understand that the tenant’s experience may vary based on which location within the complex they stay in. Upon entering the condo for the first time we were greeted by the very impressive ocean view. Pictures simply cannot do it justice. The owners deserve a lot of credit for maintaining a very well-furnished, clean and comfortable space. The buildings themselves are somewhat dated but overall well-maintained. The 3rd floor location offers a better view and more privacy than the vast majority of the other units in the Kona Reef complex. Having an in-unit washer and dryer as well as air conditioning also offered a much needed convenience, not always available at other condo properties we have stayed at on Hawaii vacations. We appreciated the amenities such as the pool, hot tub and covered grilling area which are all very well maintained. A generous amount of parking is offered; outside as well as covered parking. The location offers easy access (less than a mile) to the main Ali’i Drive strip of popular restaurants and shops. Yet it’s far enough from the busy stretch of the strip to allow for a very relaxing feel. I highly recommend this unit and location for anyone looking to vacation in the Kona area. Great room, great location

We only stayed here for 2 nights but it was a great unit. We had one of the back side units but still had a great view of the water and right on the beach. It is easy to access the beach from the side of the resort and a nice view from the lanai. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having a washer and dryer in the room with detergent included. Parking was tight but we always found a spot. Our only issue was at check in. No one was in the office. Apparently we were supposed to have gotten a text or email with check in information but we didn't so we had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come back to the office. I would stay here again.
