Geoffers change of scenery

We came in with lower expectations, but were pleasantly surprised right from the process, speed, friendliness of checkin staff. No hidden or extra fees was also a very nice surprise. Great September Get-A-Way!

We had a great escape to Holiday Park Resort. It is a great location and easy access to Kelowna and the lake district. The park is well run and efficient. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Our unit was spacious and very clean. It was well equipped and had a new BBQ. We spent our week biking the area. We had a great escape to Holiday Park Resort. Updates require

The resort is excellent but the unit was very outdated. The room was very dark, even though there is natural light in the bathroom. It would be appreciated if a channel guide was provided with channel, affiliation and location of broadcast. The carpet was dirty, and we had to wear shoes while in the unit. Update, update, update..... The resort is excellent but the unit was very outdated. The room was very dark, even though there is natural light in the bathroom. Hugely Disappointing

Tired, dated, dirty. Staff were good but they can only work with what they have, which is very little. Resort amenities looked fine from an appearance standpoint but we were not keen to explore given our first impressions. Tired, dated, dirty. Family friendly resort, great staff.

Great place. Location - short distance north of Kelowna - away from the city but still close enough to do the shopping. There are munch of the farms around. There is one close to the Pebble beach where we found decent peaches. Unit. Be aware that if booking more than 7 nights you may be required to change the unit. This is not resort's thing, but RCI's. Resort handled the change absolutely perfect. Our new unit was ready by 9 am. The inconvenience is with packing and unpacking in the middle of vacation. Both two-BR units are spacious and with the pleasant views from the balconies. In afternoon it was quite hot inside as AC couldn't lower temperature below 28C. Kitchen was great, we had enough utensils for all 6 of us and run dishwasher only once a day. No laundry in the unit (there is one on-side). Resort. It is on the shore of a Duck lake. People are not swimming there, but resort has 2 single kayaks, 2 row boats, 1 peddle boat which you can rent for $10 per hr. Whenever we wanted them we always got them, so they were not in high demand. The tennis court was available for tennis after 4 pm. Before that it is dedicated for pickle ball. There are bycicles and trycicles for rent. Out of 3 pools only one allowed with kids. Beaches. There a lot of them. We liked Pebble beach and finally stick with it for the rest of the vacation. The launching dock 1.5 kilometers away from this beach. Forest fires. The smoke was up in the sky most of the time but not on the ground. For couple days when wend changed we had smoke on the ground. It didn't spoil our stay. We are definitely coming back to this resort. It is a great place Great place.
