Lovely stay at club Mahindra Manali - Sunil Ghiya

We enjoyed lovely hospitality from the team of club mahindra manali snow peak during our 3 day stay and anniversary celebration. Our spacial appreciation to the Entertainment team Beltej and Shashank, Chef Ritu, Unesh,and F&B team , all housekeeping team and manager Machhindar., reception and welcome teams The property is well located having beautiful snow peaks views all around and is very well maintained We will come again and again to this club mahindra Manali We enjoyed lovely hospitality from the team of club mahindra manali snow peak during our 3 day stay and anniversary celebration. Very good cooperative umesh shashant and baltej we came here in snow peaks manali 3 rd time and very nice service and comfortable stay, all services are excellent would like to visit again Thanks Club Mahendra and team. Family Vacation

I was on a Family Vacation for 5 days at this resort. The restaurant team i.e. Amar, Vinit, Navin and Ankita were very cooperative and polite. They provided us Jain Food as per our requirements and prepared special food for kids also. The food was also very tasty. The stay was comfortable in Resort. There is an art and craft area, garden area for kids where they enjoy it a lot. Mr. Milap - Travel Desk arranged the entire travel for us which was also very comfortable. I was on a Family Vacation for 5 days at this resort. The restaurant team i.e. Amar, Vinit, Navin and Ankita were very cooperative and polite. They provided us Jain Food as per our requirements and prepared special food for kids also. The food was also very tasty. The stay was comfortable in Resort. There is an art and craft area, garden area for kids where they enjoy it a lot. Mr. Milap - Travel Desk arranged the entire travel for us which was also very comfortable.

Vacation

Lovely location with beautiful view of snow capped mountains. Cooperative staff. Thanks to restaurant team Mr. Amar, Vineet, Nayan, Navèen and ankita. They were too helpful n provided good sevice. Trip to Himalayas

Club mahindra had facilitated a nice trip to Himalayas through the Manali gateway, Snow peaks property. First and foremost I need to mention about Neha, the frontdesk executive who answerd my calls before hand to plan my trip. Since I was traveling from Delhi by Volvo, I get Manali early and she facilitated with an early hassle free check-in. With two kids traveling it was really a nice gesture. Rahul was the one who was there at the desk then and had taken good care of us. He was a nice guy, dint wait for the porter, helper, he just got our luggage to the room. It shows how much they are inclined to customer experience. Also when I had a bruise on my leg, he assisted with first aid kit timely. Thanks Neha and Rahul for all the great service. The other person I had to mention about is Jhave Ram, the housekeeping person. With 2 kids in action we left our room in rags while leaving out for day tour and by the time we are back, we had a great organized abode welcoming. Ram, you have magical hands and thanks for the best housekeeping service. Another person I cldnt conclude without writing is Milap and his transport team. Aman and Sourav, who drove us for 3 days to various places are quite conducive, polite and patient. Thank you guys for making this trip a memorable one. Also Dheeraj at the Orchad dining space, who was pampering with options. He served the best of available breakfast options in house. Thanks Dheeraj. Team Club Mahindra, special thanks to one and all for the great hospitality asusual. Would like to see guys back sometime.
