Wouldn't stay here again

Worn and inadequate. Grounds not maintained. Broken and damaged interior. Refrigerator door opened on the wrong side. Had to fix the toilet. No TV in the bedroom. Trouble maintaining the temperature. Four Day Stay

My wife and I recently stayed here for four nights on a trip to Quebec. Except for a slight problem with a late arrival( we called to tell them we would be late but keys were not in box, but someone came within five minutes to give us the keys). We had a two bedroom unit with one bath. The room s were clean and comfortable. This location is close to Quebec City, whale watching,the Island of Orleans, Canyon Ann and the wildlife sanctuary. Nearby is a supermarket and several different eating choices. All the staff we met were friendly. My wife and I recently stayed here for four nights on a trip to Quebec. Pleasantly surprised

From reviews we had read we expected our 2 bedroom unit to be small and only have one bath. It was roomy and had a bath and half. The half had a toilet sink and small shacked washer and dryer. The bedrooms were nice with the master having some nice built-ins. We appreciated the ceiling fans! The kitchen was ok for 1 cook but not 2. It had good appliances but lacked and oven ware: not even a cookie sheet! There was one 9”square glass baking dish that could be used in the oven. Stovetop cool ware was adequate. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the patio with table and chairs. The location had adequate parking and nice trees. It was a quiet area. Most staff in the reception building were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. There is a lot to do in the area. In summer the area waterfalls are a great place to hike. Also Sainte Ann Basilica is amazing are are many of the area churches. We loved the French influenced architecture and culture. The copper museum is incredible! Nice accommodation

We stayed at this lovely resort during its off-season period - in the summer. It was very nice accommodation, clean and new. It was a bit far from Quebec City, but close to Ste. Anne de Beaupré Basilica and not too far from Montmorency Falls. There was no restaurant open on site that I could see. The Village area was quite deserted although I'm sure that's not the case in winter. We were able to use an indoor pool about a mile away in another development, which was good, but not ideal.
