This hotel provided everything my heart desired, and more!

First class accommodations and service from the minute we walked into the breathtaking lobby. Our fantastic concierge Luis made sure everything was taken care of, from massages to dinner reservations to Covid tests. We will most certainly be back! Honeymoon Vacation

Great hotel and amazing service. Every single person was always willing to help or assist with any need. The energy was amazing. Ask for Ricardo, Luis or Santiago at the bar. Great people who make awesome drinks. We got Chepe as our concierge and the guy was simple the best-Friendly, funny and always had great to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Lionel and Francisco were the fastest servers I’ve met. They will make sure you always have something to drink and they do so with a smile on. Would definitely come back! Amazing food and service!

We just got back from a wonderful 5 night stay at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. My husband and I were in awe of how incredible the food and service was. We had a wonderful time! From the minute we walked in the doors we were greeted with smiles and the most refreshing cucumber water. We knew this would be a special place. Our room had the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved the little balcony attached to it. The food was by far the best I have ever eaten at any resort. Each restaurant was so true to their theme and the food was incredible. Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was gorgeous. We were so impressed that each restaurant had multiple servers to help create an incredible experience for us. A special mention to Carlos, Antonio and Adrian at Lucca and Alex at Piaf. The servers at Sen Lin were fantastic too! We appreciated the ambience and the music at each restaurant. Truly a special experience. The breakfast and lunch buffets also should be mentioned. In the 6 days that we were there, we were so impressed that the lunch buffet changed their menus daily. We always had different salads, dishes and fruit infused waters to choose from. So impressive! We loved the beach and Nadia did an incredible job of making sure that we had everything that we needed. We truly felt so cared for the entire time. We had an added bonus of getting to see several nests of baby turtles hatch and that is something we will never forget. So special and incredible. We are so happy that the hotel treats these amazing small creatures with respect and does their best to make sure that they have the greatest chance of survival. Ramon, our concierge was also so incredibly helpful. He was able to modify reservations, help us with an issue in our room and schedule our Covid tests. Speaking of Covid, we felt so safe at this resort and were so impressed that all of the staff members were properly masked the entire time. Thank you! Great place for the family!

Amazing family resort, would be great without kids as well. We went for thanksgiving and the dinner/event was amazing. All of the restaurants are great. Staff is extremely friendly and is always checking in to ensure you have everything you could ever want. So many activities for the kids, they play all day. Special thanks to the activity crew, Carlos for kids surf lessons was awesome, Ever for soccer, volleyball and everything else. Pool waitstaff was awesome as well. The best resort!!!

Our second visit! Fabulous and stunning resort! The food and service were incredible here. We had a concierge assigned to us Romano. He made all our reservations: restaurants, PCR tests, ensured every morning in person that we had everything or we need anything. He cared about us like we were his lovely kids) The staff at the resort provided unbelievable 5 stars service. All the restaurants serve incredible dinner, life music, luxury service. Sport activity guy Evers has great senses of humor . He organized amazing aqua aerobic, volleyball, outdoors kids activities. He personally brought his attention to everyone. Thank you to all of you!
