Old and without maintenance

The hotel is very old is one of the first Vidanta Horel 30 or 40 years ago. The furniture and tv’s are prettty old, the air conditioner fail and they never fix it. The twig ice machine closer doesn’t work I need to walk to another building to get ice. The hotel is very old is one of the first Vidanta Horel 30 or 40 years ago. VERY DISSAPOINTED...

Old hotel, maintenance is extremely poor: mini-bar was not working, although they changed it; very limited kitchen appliances, cold water in the kitchen not working; hot water in the sink not working; extremely hard beds. Last but not least: flyes and cockroaches! Still No WiFi, Why?

We have been staying at the Sea garden for years and I cannot believe that the only WiFi available is in the lobby! It made it very difficult to communicate with family staying in other rooms or in nearby homes. The lobby was consistently packed with people needing to use the WiFi. The cost would be small and it is an amenity that supports safety. On a positive note the workers were wonderful! They always greeted us and were very helpful. The staff also followed Covid health protocols consistently. We especially enjoyed the pool area on the beach. The rooms do need some additional maintenance and upkeep. For example we had a round toilet seat on an oval toilet so your legs touched the toilet when sitting- yuck! The water flow was inconsistent and we did not always have hot water and the toilet did not consistently flush. Be sure to bring your own coffee and water. They are in the room but stickers on each package note there is a surcharge. We ordered pizza and french fries from the restaurant and room service did a great job. Nice and easy in Acapulco Diamante

Great stay!! All promised was delivered. Nice place for family vacations a very reazonable cost. A little bit of noise by the cleaning people very early in the morning, be sure you do not get room 2022 located in the upper part of the cleaning room. Cleaning people have conversations at 6 am! Not what was expected

Booked through Expedia we needed requested a hotel with Wifi. Only when we got to the hotel they informed two things. 1) there is no Wifi in the room, only in open lobby. 2) checkout is at 10am. We needed a “regular” checkout time at 1pm. So the hotel was a fiasco. They have a great Italian restaurant; all people using safe distances, etc. Not clear info.
