Very nice first time stay

Stayed here 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Room was real nice. Comfortable king bed. In-room whirlpool and fireplace were a plus. Large bathroom and shower. Pool area looked nice, although we didn't use it. Staff was friendly. Will definitely come back! Stayed here 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Room was real nice. Comfortable king bed. Anniversary

The staff was very helpful and lobby was nice. Room however a dirty towel was on bathroom door, there was some sticky stuff on table by bed, ummmmm! And the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Made my back hurt. The hot tub in room was nice and it is a quiet place to relax The staff was very helpful and lobby was nice. Will definitely recommend and be back!

This is the second time we stayed at Birchwood lodge, the rooms are not like any plain hotel room, they are cozy and homey feeling and very clean and roomy! we shared the one bedroom suite with another couple, we slept on the pull out couch (not the best but that’s to be expected for most pull out couches) but everything else about the place was incredible! The tile shower was insanely large! We joked we could have put the kitchen table and chairs in there and sat comfortably! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had many covid safe practices in place but we didn’t feel deprived of anything! Nice location, just off the main st of sister bay so nice and quiet but yet walkable to Husbys and the other destinations (the walk back up the hill might challenge you a bit but it’s doable!) Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at the Birchwood. Both experiences were great. The rooms are very clean. It is such a relaxing place, close to everything and management is friendly and very helpful. We will be returning next year and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. This was our second time staying at the Birchwood. Both experiences were great. The rooms are very clean. Perfect location

Our party of 8 stayed in the farmhouse. It was a perfect spot for us to have morning coffee and afternoon appetizers on the deck. Loved being able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants!
