Room 415

This is a timeshare resort and we could have been potential customers but you put us in Room 415, no contest! The rooms were spotless when we arrived, but not servicing the rooms for 4 whole days, I may have as well stayed home. Can't put your trash outside the door for collection have to go down 3 floors and deposit in that disgusting room full of smelly dustbins which were full all the time. My dustbins don't pong like that at home! The girls at the reception were lovely, they really do front your business very well, give them a pay rise! Pity no robes for hot tub and pool. Go Elsewhere

We booked this resort, I use that term loosely, months ago through Interval International. The room we traded for in Kauai at the Marriott, our home resort, is about $600/night. It is a one-bedroom + living room + kitchenette and a full view of the ocean. What we received upon check-in at Embarq was a studio. Yes, we've had studios in the past, but nothing as dark, dirty, and worn out as this room. The queen bed was wedged in between a wall and chairs at the foot with truly no more than 6 inches to pass by to get to the window. There was absolutely no view to speak of. The photos show fireplaces, there was no fireplace in our room. We thought we'd hang out a bit in the lobby which does have a fireplace, but no...that was closed due to renovations. When we requested another room we were told they were fully booked. The manager on night duty at check-in was extremely rude and made no attempt at resolving the situation; other than telling us if she did find another room she'd have to charge us. When we asked them that evening to have a maintenance person come check the toilet as it continued to run we were told due to staff shortages there's no one available to do that type of work. Great place to stay

My wife and I spent 5 glorious nights at the Embarc Whistler near the end of October. The staff was welcoming and our 1 bedroom suite was spotless and had everything we required. We loved the coziness of the chalet style interior and the huge jacuzzi soaker tub. To our surprise all amenities were open including all outdoor pools which were heated nicely. The steam sauna came in handy after a good workout in the gym. All in all we were really happy with our choice to stay at the Embarc Whistler. Fabulous spot for both adults and children

This place is fabulous! They have amenities for adults and families. Slides, games room, hot tub, etc. for children and exercise rooms, steam room and hot tubs for adults. Movie theatre for both to name just a few. The staff is so helpful and friendly it is really better than a second home. Just so great! Look forward to coming back. This place is fabulous! A Week Away from our city home to our mini home

We stayed a week at Embarc, Whistler during our favourite season, the fall. Everything was EXCELLENT! The suite was spacious and the kitchen is supplied with almost everything you need to prepare your own 3 meals a day!
