Останавливались с семьёй в Лас -Вегасе по пути в Лос-Анджелес. Чудесный сервис. Комфортный и чистый номер с роскошным видом на горы и башню Stratosphere! Очень удобная парковка. Отличный отель

Нра всё, номер люкс обустроен идеально для отдыха, как с друзьями, так и с семьёй. Кухня, спальня, ванная, душ, все свежее и чистое. Бассейн супер, персонал работает на 5. Отличный отель сети Hilton

Отель расположен на самом краю бульвара Стрип, дальше него только "Стратосфера", поэтому до центра Стрипа бодрым шагом минут 20, что в принципе не отягощает прогулок. Valet parking 13$, при этом все рассчитывают на чаевые. Депозит минимальный, порядка 100$ сверху или даже меньше. Аппартаменты удобные, порадовало наличие сушильной машины, ибо вернувшись с каньона пришлось все перестировать. В отеле нет казино, но это даже плюс, очень тихо. Качество номера отличное, большой и просторный. По сравнению с ценовой политикой прочих отелей Хилтон отличный выбор по цене. Отлично позавтракать можно в соседней "Стратосфере", которой кстати принадлежит большой крытый общий паркинг, где можно оставлять машину кому угодно, поэтому если не хотите платить Хилтону, то считай бесплатная парковка через дорогу. Также от отеля рукой подать до аутлета. Отныне я - лояльный клиент Хилтона

В этом отеле понравилось все)). Он находится на Стрипе, главной улице Лас-Вегаса и центре сосредоточения главных роскошных казино. При этом в самом Хилтоне казино нет, поэтому тихо и комфортно. Ближайшее казино и отель - Cercus, совсем рядом. В пределах 10 минут пешком еще несколько главных казино, в пределах получаса - все остальные. Сам отель очень хорош: отличная организация всего персонала, мгновенная реакция на любую просьбу. Прекрасный интерьер, все обстановка качественная и "свежая". Мы остановились в люксе, и номер был огромный! Спальня, гостиная с двухместным диваном, ванная с джакузи, отлично оборудованная кухня (со стиральной машиной и посудомойкой), в которой было все для приготовления еды или приятного кофе-винопития. Удобная многоярусная парковка входит в стоимость. Завтраки не включены, но вокруг масса кафе с национальными кухнями, а еще неподалеку нашелся отличный мексиканский супермаркет Marianna's - овощи и фрукты там были даже лучше, чем в Whool Foods. Есть бассейн на улице, но в январе им пользоваться не хотелось. Повторюсь, понравилось все. В этом отеле понравилось все)). Business and pleasure

Great accommodations, easy access in and out. Enjoyed quiet restful sleep each nite. No loud neighbors, late nighters in hallway. Units have everything you need and you can even get small grocery items on premises. Wrong time of year for pool, but looks good in size and different areas. On-site game room, fitness center. Secure 24 hour parking available. We'll lite parking. Feel very safe as a solo traveler. Great accommodations, easy access in and out. Enjoyed quiet restful sleep each nite. One of the best family vacations!!!

We love how clean everything was! We absolutely had the best time there. Housekeeping was amazing! We love how we can communicate via text and they respond instantly to our needs. The next thing you know, there’s a knock on the door and it’s housekeeping, bringing up the stuff we asked for!!! Our rooms were near the elevators but we didn’t experience any loud noise. The views from our rooms were spectacular! One of the bathrooms has FOUR shower heads hahaha wow We love how clean everything was! We absolutely had the best time there. Housekeeping was amazing! Just poor Customer Service

I sent my son and girlfriend to the Hilton Grand Vacation on the Las Vegas Strip. We booked 2 different reservation. One with Club Points (I am an Hilton Owner) and the second with Hilton Points. The stay included 3 nights (Club Points) and 3 nights with Hilton Points. We would have booked the entire stay with Club points points but one night wasn't available. I printed out the Both Reservations that shows I've added my Son (With same last Name and same address as on the account). Also my son had a digital copy as well. Prior to check in Representative from HGV called to confirm stay. At check in Front desk clerk wouldn't check My son in saying his name wasn't on the reservation. I had to pay $53.00 to add his name at the time of the reservation. He showed them the digital copy on his phone, the printed copy and they still refused. He called me 1am my time I spoke to the front desk clerk gave her my Hilton account number and verified my identity and still they wouldn't check in my Son saying his name is not on the account (Which is BS) I called Hilton Diamond Desk and explained the situation, they put me on hold and called the front desk. After 43 minutes on hold, Diamond Desk said they would be checked in, My sons name WAS on the Reservation all along, just as we said it was, and as the Printed certification and digital confirmation. Hilton Diamond apologized and stated the front desk check was rude and very disrespectful to her as well. Next Morning came down to get 2 waters at the front desk and were told to go to Breakfast area downstairs to get water in which case they were told they would have to pay for the water that it was not Complementary!! They showed they coupon and where told to go back up stairs to the front desk that they had that kind of thing up there!! Sad to say they didn't get any waters that day. Third day they were able to get waters at the front desk no problem. Also on third day called down to get fresh towels, soap and Shampoo. No room service available during stay. They were told that only if they bring the soiled towels down to front desk they would replace them. Could NOT get them to deliver towels, soap or shampoo to the room. after bring down the towels a few hours later. They didn't have replacement towels or soap or shampoo at front desk. guess they were out. Followed up much later in the evening and front desk still didn't have toiletry's. and although front desk said they would send some up it never happened. We are not very demanding. just need the basics. This ENTIRE PROPERTY needs to go thru a customer service training. People were rude at every turn. Front desk personnel and front desk managers would say one thing then NEVER follow thru. I stay 125+ nights a year at Hilton Properties. First Time in Vegas

I know...it took me forever to finally make it from the East Coast to Vegas! When you hear about Vegas you also hear about the major hotels ~ Ceasars Palace or MGM. I found this resort and could not have been happier. It was a great price for a King Suite overlooking the strip. The amenities are amazing, such as free DVD rentals, 10% off if Spa Treatments, and the pool/jacuzzi is amazing! The staff is so sweet and really cater to everything you need. Because of my stay here, I'm going to sign up for Hilton Rewards ;) I know...it took me forever to finally make it from the East Coast to Vegas! Dishonesty is a bad start

Came to this property as part of a Hilton grand vacations preview. Basically $100/night and then sit through a 2 hour presentation. I tried to book other properties but was told they had no availability for the 4 month period I was looking. I was told this property was in the middle of all the action on the strip and close to everything —- this is not true - this was the first lie. This property is at the end of the strip and a few miles from anything worth noting. The during the presentation the presenter told two outright lies. The first lie he told me is I would be able to go to Antarctica with HGV. This is far from the truth. Then he said all Hilton properties in Orlando have Disney shuttles. Also a lie - a few do but nowhere near all. Then during the sit down with my assigned sales person he kept trying to tell me buying an ownership would be within my current travel budget - but every time he did the math he intentionally left out the absurdly high HOA fees - which is nearly the cost of my mortgage just for the HOA fees on these packages. So yea - maybe try honesty if you want people to join. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and love Hilton properties - but will likely never again even consider Hilton grand vacations due to the lack of honesty and how disrespected it made me feel.
