Worst hotel management
We stayed in a Bangalore and our friends stayed in chalet . First we paid for bangalaow same price as chalet . With 5 $ less only while chalet is very new and with a view , the Bangalore is old and all the equipment are not inviting at all, the stove is dirty I didn’t dare to use it . And the list Chen cabinets. Are dirty wit stains that you don’t feel touching the cabinets. Second and most important no phone connection in the Bangalore, I called the reception 3 times asking for additional bedding they said ok and no one showed up fir 3 hours until I had to take make car and go to z reception at 2 am . I reached there they told me housekeeping is closed. It is not acceptable. Then after a loud discussion the guy called someone and I was shocked with the reply that I have enough beddings for four . It is the first time ever in a hotel when asking for extra bedding they say you have enough. And to my biggest surprise after a big argue . The housekeeping person came and he said there is no blankets anymore , he can provide me with bed thin quilt cover that he had them in a black garbage bag . And he brought my pillow while hugging it . It is not acceptable at all specially in COVID That this is how they are handling the hygiene standards in the hotel. And the quilt provided didn’t smell clean at all It was very bad experience when going to hotel the last thing you need is to go to reception at 2 am begging them for extra bedding after 3 calls . And of course the manager has been informed about what happened but she was very busy to leave the hotel before calling me and yet it has been one week and I don’t receive any contact from the hotel , they don’t care if guests are satisfied as they got their money at check in The whole experience is rip-off as the Bangalow should be priced half the price of chalet as one is very new and furnished In a modern way while bagalow is very old and appliances are very old . not recommended at all!! very dirty place!!
just returned from 1 night at batroun village club and im was very shoked from this dirty place!! dirty room, insect inside, toilette not well cleaned and all inside is broken, very bad smell, curtains full of musty, mirror also is not cleaned!! No wifi! no towels! no AC in all the club! we will not back anymore!! u should renovated and CLEANED it especially in these pandemic days!! just returned from 1 night at batroun village club and im was very shoked from this dirty place!! dirty room, insect inside, toilette not well cleaned and all inside is broken, very bad smell, curtains full of musty, mirror also is not cleaned!! Poor Poor Poor
When i first called and asked for availability and the rate, they provided me a rate of 60$ per night for the bungalow. Then when i called a couple fo days later to book, the said that it was 70$ because it was Eid (although the Eid weekend had ended as we were booking the bungalow for Sunday night). After arguing with the receptionist, he said i don't know, call back tomorrow and speak to the lady who gave you that price. They kept reminding us to bring our own towels, which i found weird for a resort. Anyway, we checked in after a long day at the beach and were asked to pay an additional fee (not sure what it was for) although we had already paid for the room. we did not pay that. when we entered the room, the floor was full of sand and dirt, there were food stain everywhere (kitchen, fridge), the windows were extremely dirty, there were not enough linen for us and the kids (3 kids), the bedroom wall was peeling due to humidity and the whole room had not been maintained in any way maybe since they inaugurated the resort. My wife wanted to leave but we were exhausted and we lived quite far. We had to clean and sanitize everything and even with that the room felt dirty. We complained to the reception and their answer was "we were fully booked, we can send someone to clean the room now" but we didn't accept. Note that no manager spoke to us after our complaint. We spent the night (after borrowing linens from friends), woke up at 7 and checked out at 8 because we could not stay in the room anymore, it was filthy. I complained again at the reception, they apologized but again no manager or any responsible person contacted us to solve our problem. One of the worst experiences we've ever had. for the price we paid, we should have had a much better experience. These people never heard of customer service and hospitality, they just didn't care about our complaint. i will never set foot in this place again. Shameful!!!! Nice Place could be way better
We went to BVC twice as families, the place is really nice and spacious. But a few remark to make it better. 1-Nothing to do after the pool closes at 7 PM. 2-All lights are out at 7 so you can't even take a walk in the beautiful place since it's completely dark. 3-They receive summer camps for children without warning you so the noise is unbelievable. 4-The pool is not even 50 % clean (insects and dirt) 5-The restaurant is always deserted which doesn't encourage you to eat there. 6-The noise from the mini fridge and AC inside the rooms is very excessive which makes it hard to sleep. Poor room services. No daily cleaning
I took a bugalow for 2 nights. Nevertheless the place in nice especially for children , they have a Very poor and slow room services... if u asked for something, they do not respond in a timely manner, and u should ask too many times. I had problems with the tv signal, the picture on their tv is not clear at all. They do not put sufficient towels in the room. The do not clean the room daily. The sofas in the living room are dirty.
