Отличный отель

Останавливались в данном отеле в июне 2013 года. Отель замечательный! Очень большая территория, есть крытый и открытый бассейн, для активного отдыха имеется: теннисные корты и поле для гольфа. На территории отеля в парке находятся электрогрили, на которых можно приготовить барбекю. Рядом с отелем находятся кафе, магазины, а также (немного подальше) озеро. В целом явных минусов у отеля нет. nice and convienient

Condo Units

The furniture was somewhat dusty and the kitchen utensils are sparse. Called prior to going and information of unit we were to be booked in misleading of what was given. Staff are great but the property was just being taken over so disconnects between maintenance and property management The furniture was somewhat dusty and the kitchen utensils are sparse. Friends getaway weekend

Disgusting

My daughter and I came on a promotional offer. Got a deal if I agree to go on a tour for them to sell timeshare. Went to use the washroom when we arrived to find dried urine on the toilet seat and a pubic hair on the side of the tub. I’ve been ringing the front desk for over 10 minutes no one is answering as there is only one man working with a lineup of 7 people to check in. Enjoyable family get together

We booked three units for a family vacation week. We appreciated a called from staff prior to our arrival asking if we had any special needs. This was followed up by a call after arrival. We appreciated this attention. We understood that Covid rules were in place during our stay. We booked three units for a family vacation week.
