Хороший отель в Албуфейре

Огромный номер: спальня, гостиная, кухня со всем необходимым. Большой удобный балкон. На территории открытый и закрытый бассейн. Парковка около отеля бесплатно. The most awful place ever. No kettle or air conditioning no sea view. Cockroaches in apartment. Got moved to room another the same. Safe didnt work. Smoke alarm hanging off ceiling. Away from everything and place filthy. 2 men on reception miserable and unhelpful. It was 1pm slept that night. And left after seeing the awful breakfast. Went and found a decent hotel. Enjoyable stay

Stayed here last week with my husband, teenage daughter and her friend. We were apprehensive after reading reviews but found our stay most enjoyable. Great location with easy walks to the beach and town centre. Great little supermarket about 7 mins walk away with everything you need. Overall we would return to this hotel and location. Old and abandoned

I don’t recomend this hotel. It is very old and the air conditioning doesn’t work. Seems like it stops at the ages 90s and it was never invested in any improvements. We booked in other hotel and they said we had an up grade to this one I don’t recomend this hotel. It is very old and the air conditioning doesn’t work. Don’t stay here!

My mother and I stayed a week at this hotel for a leisure holiday. Once we arrived at the hotel we were rudely greeted by the receptionist who was an older woman, she clearly didn’t care or provided much help. Once we entered our apartment we noticed a sewage smell but didn’t think much of it. We noticed gurgling noises coming from the bathroom, found it strange but again didn’t take much notice. My mother was cleaning the bath/shower before going to take a shower but heard a gurgling noise and suddenly brown stuff came flushing out of the drain hole. To put it simply sewage came up our drain into the bath/shower, the smell was horrendous and we couldn’t shower for our remaining days. We brought it to the attention of staff but nothing was done. I would provide pictures but it’s too gruesome to show. We also ran into the issue of all of our valuables getting locked in the safe, the lovely manager came up and helped us with that issue. There is some lovely staff here, only for that one receptionist. We were not happy with our stay, these issues did affect our holiday. I would not recommend staying here. Nice hotel staff very friendly. Good location and lovely beach 10 mins walk away. Room 119 needs refurbishing the tiles in the bathroom needs grouting the bidet Water flow is not enough drips, ants in the bathroom which was cleaned but just kept coming. Air conditioning does not work we did complain twice but nothing was done. The dinner was not bad change of menus but the breakfast was repeated every day could do with a change very boring eating scramble eggs and hot dogs at dinner you had to pay for water and juice even it’s from the machine.
