Updated, Well Kept Resort

Clean resort, really well kept. Not dated like some ski resorts. Really good food too. Mountain Market was well stocked. We love the area and made some day trips to Empire and Frankfort. I bet these are crazy places in prime season. We preferred the quieter time for sure. Clean resort, really well kept. Not dated like some ski resorts. Really good food too. Great facilities, solid value.

A hidden gem for most folks well worth the trip. Lots to do, done with style. Will be back. You can’t miss on something to do. Family friendly. Good food choices. Great bar. Golf is fun without breaking the bank or your handicap. Using this as a base to explore the area is a great idea. A hidden gem for most folks well worth the trip. Lots to do, done with style. Perfection

Crystal Mountain continues to provide a perfect environment for conferences and for personal getaways. From housekeeping to maintenance, food service, and A/V every staff member seems invested in your experience. Our conference meals and dinner at the Thistle were delicious. I don't think there is a more beautiful retreat environment in the state. The rooms at the Inn are decadent. Can't wait to get back! Time and the pandemic have taken a toll, but still a great, yet expensive, destination

We love the location, the skiing, and WinterGreen Condos at this resort having stayed and skied here for years with our children and grandchildren. In addition to golf and skiing, they have very nice hiking and biking trails. There is a nice spa area. They offered a 25% off season fall discount on lodging, so we decided on a romantic mid-week get-away at the Crystal Colony. The room was very spacious with a fire place, a complete kitchen, and had been nicely remodeled not too long ago. Otherwise the building is dated, the outside security lock broken, unsuited for handicapped access without an elevator, and the hallways are dark. The discount was appropriate, since the staffing is drastically reduced right now. Our stay was delightful, because of the beautiful weather and fall colors outside our window but traffic outside our window was loud with dump trucks starting to pass by constantly starting before 6 AM. Labor Day Weekend Blast!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the resort! We used the spa services, did the alpine slide and people were so friendly around the fireplace and at the roof top bar! They had live music, the restaurants were conveniently open, and easy to get around. Endless things to do here. My husband and I had a wonderful time at the resort!
