Do NOT stay here if you are Disabled.

A Roberts 1/5 a minute ago on Google If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time or your money if you are disabled or have a disabled family member like we did. You will regret it. WorldMark McCall is not Disability friendly. I will not stay here again. They Severely dropped the ball on providing safe accessibility ♿ for my family. My son is Disabled and we notified them months ahead that we needed a first floor room. The ONLY reason we booked was because we were told we were going to have a first floor or we would have never booked at all. We were deliberately lied to. When my family checked in the staff said there were no notes in the reservation about a first floor. Which is BS we called in advance 2 separate times. I am disgusted by the way I was treated while checking in, notifiying them of the consequences of putting us on a second floor. The front desk had a total disregard for the safety of my son. there was nothing she could do. I tried to make it work. We were told the internet was great but I couldn't even get my phone to load on the wi-fi. To keep my kiddo calmer, I was told that bringing his Roku was no problem. UMMM no....it wouldn't even connect. Plus, you have to pay $20 for internet that doesn't ever load. I was told the stairs are "accessible". They are steep!!! Not safe for my son to go up or down. But once again...I tried to make it work. My son elopes...they were notified MONTHS in advance ... Again they claimed to have to have no prior knowledge. He opens doors and elopes/doesn't have a sense of danger...and then there are the stairs. the steep 25 steps stairs... So I couldn't relax.. the constant worry that he would escape and fall down the stairs. My son stims by running back and forth...At all hours. My son doesn't sleep well and is up frequently at night. Once again...upon notifying the front desk at check-in...they had no knowledge... I was told that if there was any complaining from other guests that we may be asked to leave... All Because they messed up and put us on the second floor. They are NOT accessible for disabled families. The icing on the cake was When they make a mistake...They blame YOU and take no accountability. I will never stay there again. We were there 1 night before I left crying. i couldn't take the stress of my son getting hurt because we were on the second floor and not fair to my family. Vacation at WorldMark McCall= STRESS Not worth the money. Stay somewhere else. You can find similar amenities at other places for the same cost or if not just a tiny bit more and actually accountable for mistakes made. BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND CENTERALLY LOCATED

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for a week with friends who are members. Unit was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. Three TVs, and beds were comfortable. It is located in a quiet wooded area and we had deer visiting every morning. It is close to everything. Liquor store and Riddels Grocery store 1 mile away as is RiteAid. Can get to the main town or lake in 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend this Worldmark to anyone. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for a week with friends who are members. Clean, comfortable unit. Highly recommend!

We had a 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom unit. Very clean, plenty of towels and kitchen was very well equipped. We saved alot of money by cooking in the unit. Washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient for cleaning ski clothes. Bed was very comfortable, tv in both bedrooms and in the living room. Parking was plentiful and they were really on top of snow removal during the winter storm that blew in. Kudos to housekeeping for an immaculate unit. Great value for price, suited 5 adults comfortably.

Pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 tv’s, a balcony, bbq and we were able to park two cars. Due to heavy snow overnight we checked out late which wasn’t an issue for them. Pleasantly surprised with the apartment. A pleasure

Spent a week in a 2 bedroom unit. Pandemic prevented much interaction with the staff. Those we did meet were gracious and professional. The unit was very clean and seemed to be one of the largest in size we have been in. It rivals the 4 story units at Worldmark Discovery Bay, WA. Previous stay at Worldmark Lake Tahoe, Nevada caused my wife to have a rash. She requested a different disinfectant, was all natural, and had no problems. The property is small with 8 buildings with 8 units each. Area is wooded and quiet. We used our credits, 7000 for the week. Spent a week in a 2 bedroom unit.
