Clean and pleasant but “tired”

The resort location is excellent if you play golf. It is also close to many restaurants, grocery store and I-10 and nearby towns. However the furniture is a bit tired and pots, pans etc were minimal. Laundry consists of 3 large washers and dryers (free) located in the pool house in the center of the property. Pool and grounds were very well-maintained. Staff was functional but never went beyond expectations to be helpful. A lamp we reported as broken on day 1 was never fixed. The resort location is excellent if you play golf. Beautiful Resort and Spacious Units

We stayed in October. The grounds are impeccably maintained and clean. I don't golf, so I know nothing about the course. We stayed in a 2 bdm unit and had a garage. The 2nd bedroom was actually a suite with a sitting area and wet bar with a small fridge. It entire unit was extremely spacious and included everything we needed. We had a huge deck on the front of the unit and a large deck on the back facing the pool area. The laundry room is by the pool, is free, and is accessible anytime with your room key. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were very clean and the perfect temperatures. The staff was very helpful with suggestions of activities and food in the area. Dire and depressing

Tiny unit, no balcony no view just a concrete wall when there is so much beautiful scenery that could be viewed. Unit itself is so dark, one window overlooking a car park, also has a connecting door to next unit, walls like paper with tv noise blaring through. Wi-fi supposed to be 5 devices but at number 3 says you’ve added too many, had to call an IT company to sort it out but an hour late just the same. Apparently a self catering resort(what a joke calling it a resort when you have to do for yourself) not cheap for what’s on offer, a big big mistake in comparison to other places here I have stayed. I booked through Agoda with the option to pay at property when I arrived but the property took payment days before without my approval, I wonder why? Probably because you’d take one look and runs mile!!! So looking forward it to a dismal week, can’t wait to leave. Wonderful Oasis Summer Getaway

This resort provides incredibly large accommodations. My first floor A and adjoining B suites had back door access to a patio, grass and easy access to the laundry facilities and pool/jacuzzi. Many guests said it is like "being in Hawaii" and I agree. The resort also offers garages for parking your vehicle. This is my annual summer getaway choice! Impeccable

There is no room for improvement. The grounds are taken care of and are beautiful. The guest lobby staff are VERY nice. The unit itself was very spacious.
