Красивая территория. Хорошее место. Теплый бассейн, долго работает с 9 до 23 часов. НО.. Очень уставшая техника в номерах: морозилка не работала совсем, холодильник еле-еле мог охладить только напитки, стиральная машина останавливалась на середине программы с водой внутри и больше не хотела работать, из пяти лампочек не горело две. Сказали обо всем этом на ресепшен, но ни чего не изменилось. Я понимаю, что старую технику нам вряд ли бы исправили, но на замену лампочек мы надеялись. Красивая территория. Хорошее место. Хорошее кондо

Мы жили с семьёй и друзьями когда посещали Disney World. Удобно доехать до него. 15 минут и на месте. Номера хорошие всё чисто , новая бытовая техника, на 2 спальни 3 ванные - это очень удобно. На каждом этаже есть стиральная и сушильная машина, правда некоторые не работают. Хороший бассейн с тёплой водой - дети в восторге так как waterpark не работал. Updates needed in the room.

Room needs updates, outside was ok with fresh paint. Would not recommend the first floor, due to lizards coming in and upstairs neighbors too loud. Front desk staff very friendly. Trash bins outside in the parking lot was an eye sore. Room needs updates, outside was ok with fresh paint. Nice but not fully functional

Nice resort with clean, modern condos but the resort is under reconstruction and only a few building are open. There are no activities such as games, crafts, receptions or such. There is only a playground and pool area with hot tub; however the pool area is very nice. The resort is in a good location just off Rt. 192 and its close to everything you want including Disney and I-4. Festiva

Small room in a slowly declining site. Multiple buildings being restored with lots of noise during the day. No-one checked on us at the building. No services for 100$ paid up front. When I asked the person at the desk where to take my full trash bag, the response was to walk 4 buildings from mine to a large bin. The pool was its saving grace. Nice location

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Although dated the place was very clean and comfortable. Thrre is no bar or food service on site but it is conveniently located within a short drive to a walmart and restaurants. You will need some sort of transportation available. They appear to be remodeling and improving the resort. We were not disturbed by noise and the workers didn't start early in the morning. The size of our unit was larger than expected. I only gave it a four because upon arrival it had a weird smell. I believe it was cleaning products but I'm not certain. We opened the sliding glass doors and turned the air conditioner on . Within a short time the smell was gone and never came back. I'm anxious to come back after the remodeling is done. This is not a five star resort. Besides the pool it doesn't offer a gym or many amenities. With that being said, Festiva is clean, comfortable, and convenient. With the remodeling I'm assuming the amenities will be coming too. Awful!

This has been one of the worst places that we’ve stayed. My husband (retired AF 20 years) says that he has slept in cots that are more comfortable! This location is old and not well maintained, and has very hard beds. I couldn’t even enjoy coffee in the morning (see picture), and requested a new coffee maker that never came.
