We stayed there for a couple of days. The pool was awesome and the beach was absolutely amazing!!! Besides, the service was generally good and the rooms clean and organized. They also had these water bottles available any time in the room and also at the Oasis in the bar. The food had a great taste... I would also recommend their mariscada soup... Which is a delicacy... Where do I start

Stayed here for 5 long days and wouldn’t recommend it honestly. It was an all inclusive at the time(not sure it still is). The food wasn’t bad, but they usually ran out quickly. Staff was nice, pool was decent and the beer was cold. The resort has two sides and it’s a super long walk from one to the other. Sketchy at night and you have to cross the road. Beach is awful, makes Myrtle beach look clean and the beds were horrible. I wouldn’t stay here. Stayed here for 5 long days and wouldn’t recommend it honestly. Horrible don’t stay here

I bought the all included package and out of all the drink the told me I will be having access to they only had one king and the res the were out I was like wtf then what’s the point of selling me the all included package? And the service was horrible a elderly lady asked for a coconut and the server said “ I am not getting it for you I am not the coconut man “ I was shocked ... and the i when for dinner to the other side and was having dinner asked for a straw the server said oh I’m not taking care of you , u can ask your server. the hotel is divide in to so to go to the beach u have to walk like 10/15 depending on how fast u want . Oh they don’t have anyone to help w the bags so anyway. Horrible horrible really don’t recommend this place. If you look for sophistication this is not a place

First is Price And inconvenient the property is divided on 2 part and we stay on the part is not service for the food you have to walk or drive to the other side of the property also the rooms are old ugly dirty not hot water, the jacuzzi not work etc. Please don’t stay here if you looking for a nice experience. The food is ok good price but god. If you have a chance to buy the same food on different place the same food do it. Dirty rooms, cold food and rude staff

I really hopped better for the price they ask of the suite houses. Our jacuzzi was filled with hairs and dirt. The rooms and beds were covered in dust. The sinks where brown form fungus. The toilet bowl had gray water when we came in. The staff wasn’t kind at all. For the price they ask you can find better. I really hopped better for the price they ask of the suite houses.
