приятный отель

Очень приятный отель на берегу океана. Просторные номера, большинство с видом на океан или бассейны. Кстати бассейнов удалось обнаружить не менее 8 разных форм и размеров. Большие балконы на которых можно есть и загорать. Кухня и гостиная в номере. Малоэтажные (не более 3х этажей) виллы с отдельными входами в каждый номер. Большая зеленая территория, все в цветах. Великолепный отдых для тех, кто любит тишину. Отличный отдых с детьми. Не гремит музыка весь день на пролет, как в соседних отелях, нет назойливых аниматоров. Лежаков хватает на всех с запасом. Бесплатные пляжные полотенца. Удачное местоположение - напротив большой торговый центр, рестораны и кафе, банки. До центра города можно дойти пешком (минут за 15-20) или доехать на автобусе. Большая пляжная линия. Из минусов: - Интернет доступен только в ресторане отеля, хочешь выйти в сеть - закажи что-нибудь. Половина посетителей ресторана сидят с ноутбуками, остальные со смартфонами. Кому жалко платить, могут поймать Вай фай стоя рядом с рестораном, благо стен у него нет, только навес. - не самое чистое море, но оно в Пуэрто Вальярта везде такое. - не самая новая мебель и оборудование, но все в рабочем состоянии и не раздражает. Spectacular grounds and unbelievable views.

Pros: Landscaping and grounds - it’s a tropical paradise. Units are classic Mexican style with a bit of an edge. Views are glorious from many with balconies. Easy access to one of the private beaches in PV. Cons: The complex has 7 pools, none of which is adults only, so avoiding screaming kids in the afternoons can be a challenge. Older units, so some who are picky may not appreciate the Mexican charm. Stairs, no elevators. Tips: Pay more for a balcony with sea view. Be aware that units on ground level and overlooking pools can get loud - screaming kids. Get a studio for longer stays. Grocery store across the street. Take public bus for 10p to Malecon. Vacation Puerto Vallarta

Very friendly and attentive staff. Service was great. They definitely go out of their way. The restaurant was great. Food and service was excellent. Pool well maintained. Ground safe. Having someone clean room everyday was a definite plus. All appliances worked well. I can’t wait to return. Location also was a plus. Shopping for groceries right across the street, pharmacy nearby. Warm & Friendly

Lovely, somewhat older, well-maintained resort. Several pools on the property, though none are very deep. All staff was exceedingly kind, courteous and helpful. We stayed on a RCI trade and were asked at check in about attending a timeshare presentation. We declined and that was graciously accepted, with no pressure or argument. There is one small restaurant on the property, that is owned by a separate vendor from the hotel, so no charging meals/drinks to rooms. It is an easy walk across a fairly busy street to a grocery store, pharmacy (with an exceedingly patient and helpful staff prepared to use translator apps as necessary), small mall, several fast food options and a convenience store. Right now masks are required all over the property and on the streets of Puerto Vallarta. The resort also currently caters to foreign visitors who require a negative COVID test before they can travel back home. A healthcare professional comes to the resort twice a week and provides free, rapid COVID testing for up to 2 people per room. Lovely, somewhat older, well-maintained resort. Don’t ask for anything out of the ordinary

We really like Los Tulees as it is close to downtown. Owever, the staff is reluctant in their helpfulness. I asked for a first floor unit- my husband can’t do stairs. We were given a first floor unit with a second floor bedroom- up a 15 stair spiral staircase! He had to sleep in the living area. We really like Los Tulees as it is close to downtown. Scam artists at Bay in conspiracy with Hotel Staff

So I am walking down the road and this guy says hey you want some tickets for Splash then I said okay, he said I will give them to you for free, and I said how>? he said you have to go to a presentation I said okay you know I want to invest some money on some property or something like that so I think a presentation for a hotel or any investment that I could do here in Vallarta that would be great. So to make a long story short I go to the hotel's presentation the name of the hotel is villa Del Sol en Los tules so I met this guy named Brandon he's a pretty cool guy great smile, by the way, I think it was a fake smile, we had breakfast he talked to me about the wonderful things about investing in the hotel for my vacations I was there with my wife and my son, there was a little playground where my son stayed for 3 hours the guys did an excellent presentation. I think but my complaint here is that these scammers because I didn't invest I didn't buy anything they didn't give me the free tickets for entrance to the splash so they lost a lot of money they lost my investment they lost me as a client they lost me as a customer because of their terrible policy, and I think they there has to be a reform there I think they should offer tickets and I don't really care about tickets are entrances to the cinema you know what $50 and I was going to invest $15,000 so this is ridiculous. Unbelievably the manager hell, was also trying to convince me to buy the package which I almost did I wanted to sign but I wanted to test them so I gave him I said I will come back in a couple of hours and then I'm going to come back and he said no you can't you have to sign now I said no I'm going to come back so then I go back to the guy that was going to give me the tickets and the guy was saying by the way you cannot get the tickets anymore because something went wrong and I said what went wrong and that he tried to play the game of not answering the phone anymore and he said we'll talk to the manager said don't worry I don't need any ticket to anywhere I could buy it myself so all this that they as a customer I give him zero Stars they are fake they don't know how to treat people they dehumanize you and they are only interested in you signing, but if you don't sign there is retaliation.
