Great location yet dated. Needs some work/updates

The positives: close to the French Quarter, Riverwalk, Casino. The front desk staff was friendly. Ok the rest... unit 204 was dated. Wood paneling in the kitchen and an old Nutone countertop system. The carpet was old and had cutouts for electric sockets that were covered by tape. The 32 inchTV was in a large wooden cabinet that was poorly placed; we couldn't see the TV from the sofa and there was a notice saying if we moved the furniture it would be a 250 dollar charge. We noticed a large mousetrap in front of the window and not too long after we noticed a large mouse in the kitchen area running back and forth under the cabinets and into the living and bed rooms. We saw a smaller one as well as a small lizard( not a problem) in the bathroom. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything There is a pool... but it's a wading pool maybe 3ft deep. And there is a rooftop area with chairs but not much of a view. The stairwell seemed to be storage space. My Grandkids were to scared to stay at this hotel

The hotel was dated and dark, elevator was scary, walking down the stairway didn't feel safe. The swimming pool is a pond We had to get another hotel, because my children didn't feel safe and they wanted to swim. It’s a dump

This is an absolute dump, never stay here for less than $50 a night. Ridiculous, must be a money laundering venture. New Orleans

It is clean, no parking, some staff are exceptional, but there is one that is unacceptable. refused to intervene with a party going on over head of my room. The person that relieved her at midnight got the party stopped at 3-4 AM. Had I realized that the City of New Orleans had ordinances, I would have phoned the police.
