Had a great stay during a conference. Nice staff!

I had no issues while staying at the hotel. They had a shuttle to bring us from the conference to our rooms, which was nice because it was cold! I wanted to put a "do not disturb: sign on my door while I was out so there would be no cleaning service. I had no sign, so I mentioned it to hotel staff while I was walking out the door, not thinking much of it. When I returned there was a sign on my door. I appreciated that the person remembered my request and added the sign. It was nice of them. Everyone there was really friendly. I had no issues while staying at the hotel. A Nice Getaway!

It was our first time renting a condo here for 7 days, and what a pleasant surprise. Our 2 bedroom home was well furnished, clean, comfortable and located next to the indoor swimming pool and fitness center. Upon arriving we discovered two minor maintenance issues, which were fixed immediately by a friendly, fast-responding maintenance man. It was an easy 1 mile drive to the main resort area with restaurants, activities and lake. Around the corner from our condo was a very nice golf course restaurant, so dining was convenient. The only limitation was finding a good supply of groceries, other than from a Quick-mart style gas station. We shopped for food before arriving, so it wasn't a problem. The resort center had a nice gift shop, computer terminals, and information desk for any questions, and the resort provided a great number of daily activities if you were so inclined. We stayed in the late Fall, off-season, so lake activities, golf and other outdoor venues were closed. Since we were after a relaxing get-away from the pandemic restrictions, we were happy with the accommodations. The resort had mask and distancing requirements and kept everything clean. This would be a fine destination for any time of the year and we give it an A+ grade. Looking forward to returning. Good but would be better in summer

Really nice, big “up north” resort. We stayed here for two nights for a hockey tournament. We stayed in a Breezy Inn 2 Queen room. We loved that we had tons of towels, it was very clean, and I liked the laminate flooring (much better than nasty carpet.) Every staff person who we encountered was lovely. We took the shuttle to the breakfast. The food and service at breakfast was great. We also had good service and good drinks in the bar. I think if (and when) we visit in summer I will love it. In wintry weather, the need to walk or shuttle from the Inn to the main area was a pain. The property is lovely overall. My only other negative comment was a lack of covid safety. I saw lots of hand sanitizer but staff didn’t wear masks, masks weren’t encouraged, and the shuttle was stuffed with a mask -less driver, mask- less riders, and windows up. The resort could offer safer transport by encouraging masking and improving air circulation. Overall, I want to go back in the summer when there is no pandemic and I’m sure I will love love Love it. Absolutely Exquisite! Wonderful in every way!

They provided a king-suite with a view as it was our wedding anniversary and we loved it there! Beautiful fall colors- great walking trails and fantastic breakfast buffet included in the room rate at Marina II. Fantastic service booking the room, checking in and checking out. Squeeky clean property! Had a great campfire outside with dry oak firewood provided by the resort. Cannot say enough good about this place. 5 HUGE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful location and Great space

The resort needs some updating and TLC. The staff and maintenance were wonderful. The pool and hot tub also very nice as was the fitness room. Location is nice as it's a beautiful area.
