Relaxing week in Orlando

Needed a relaxing week before school semester started and this filled the bill. Our unit was a 2-2 for 6 people. This was the 1st time I encountered the sofa being considered as having privacy for the occupants. Sleeping was 1 queen, 2 twins and the sofa.. It worked for us as 2 people canceled just days before the trip. Unit was a good size with our only complaint being there was NO view from the porch due to trees growing right up to the screen. Resort is very nice with 2 separate pool areas - one more for the young and one more quite. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for those sunny days. Disappointing

First I would like to say that the grounds, pools and activities were all good and enjoyable. The unit itself was terrible. We had a group of 4 adults and 2 children for the 2 bedroom unit which should have been okay. However, the unit didn't have adequate space for us to enjoy our evenings together. There was one small couch and one very uncomfortable chair. The unit wasn't even big enough for them to have a dining table. The ability to put the children to bed and share some adult time playing cards was not possible. We had to split up the two parents with one in the master with one child and the other on the couch with the other child. So when it was time for the kids to go to bed, everyone had to go to bed. I have stayed at many properties in the Orlando area and this by far was the worst. We found a spider in one bed and bugs in some of the drawers in the kitchen. This would have been a total disappointment if we had not been able to enjoy the pools and the activities. We won't be staying her again. Great resort

We enjoyed our stay. Resort pools were great. Our room was very nice , had a 2 bedroom unit. The porch floor was filthy. Asked to have it mopped as we had a toddler, and they never showed up. The biggest downfall was being called in advance for check in and declining the tour and Rose signed us up anyway. After declining again , she kept trying to get us to do the tour and wanting everyone’s license. It was so annoying after saying no several times. Then she asks if we had a bad drive. ?? No we want to start our vacation with our family not stand here with you ! Then we asked for 2 parking passes and she only gave us one and my husband had to go back again. Other than the check in. Great Stay

Beautiful resort perfectly located nearest all themed attractions. Lots of local eateries and onsite dining options. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of our full size unit, screened in balcony, variety of pools on the property in addition to free parking for our rental car usage. Check in/out was super easy and there were clear social distancing efforts in place. We had a great time! Beautiful resort perfectly located nearest all themed attractions. Nice family resort

Large resort; well maintained. Nice family activities for family. Only had live music 1 day - could use much more. Staff should have reminded people about wearing masks in public areas; bar staff were excellent and very friendly Large resort; well maintained. Nice family activities for family.
