Место для компании.

Отдыхали неделю в конце августа семьей с ребенком и с друзьями, искали апартаменты через Booking буквально за сутки до приезда. Повезло, что нас 5 человек, был свободный 2-х этажный номер на 6 человек, его и взяли, а так номеров в этот период нет, все занято. Сам номер обычный, на 1 этаже кухня-гостиная с двумя диванчиками, на них спали по одному, телевизор на стене, балкон, еще одна комнатка с двухуровневой кроватью, у нас там спал ребенок 12 лет, ему самый раз. На 2 этаже комната с двухспальной кроватью, туалет, душ, балкон. На кухне есть минимальный набор посуды, вилки, ложки, маленький холодильник, посудомоечная машина, микроволновка, все работает нормально. На плите всего две конфорки, не очень удобно готовить сразу несколько блюд. Мыла, шампуни нет вообще, полотенец мало, всего 2 больших и 2 маленьких, мотивируется тем, что это апартаменты. Наш номер был тихий, выходил окнами на речушку. В отеле есть бассейн, но мы не пользовались, ходили на пляж. Wi Fi только платный на рецепции. Завтрак, обед не заказывали, питались сами, получалось дешевле. При выезде проверили по списку посуду, технику и т.п., кроме того, нужно снимать белье с постелей. Местоположение хорошее, парковка для авто бесплатная, до большого супермаркета минут 15 пешком, или минуты 3 на машине. До пляжа минут 15 пешком, по дороге есть небольшой супермаркет, пляж бесплатный, но находиться в бухте, волн мало. Сам городок небольшой, можно посмотреть форт Сокоа, набережную, интересно старое кладбище. В целом хороший выбор для компании 4-6 человек с детьми. Residence and appartment badly in need of a refurb

Positives are that it is a calm location close to a nice beach in a magnificent region. On the downside it is far from an animated town centre so not much to do at night or you need a car, the residence and flats are old and badly need a refresh. Ours was way overpriced. Poor value. OK clean accommodation, nice river walks but no shade by the pool!!

The apartments could have done with some TLC but we enjoyed the three nights we spent here. Nice river walks and about 10 minutes from a nice beach. We never used the pool as there were no sun shades (we did ask but we were told there were none) and to be honest, the pool area didn't look that inviting. Wifi excellent, shower pressure good, beds OK, kitchen area OK. Thought it was expensive for what it was but overall clean and OK. Nothing special. Great stay

We stayed for 12 nights, two adults and two children. We enjoyed our stay, great location within walk from the beach, lovely grounds with playground by the river. Very family friendly area. Lidl within walking distance from the apartment and Carrefour extra by the beach. Beach is smaller but very lovely, sandy, great views. It is very French and Spanish resort, we only met two English speaking families during our stay. Quiet area, but so lovely, we walked one day to St, de la Luz - busier, with shops, restaurant and that gorgeous long beach! There is a fitness class most days at the hotel next door but I never went as it was too hot. Kids club is available, but my daughter does not speak French :) Overall a lovely holiday, we would return. Great location to explore Spanish border. 200 m de la plage avec piscine, excellent localisation

it is located in a very nice neighborhood: a few hundred meters from the beach, (small) shops and nice restaurants in the scenic harbour of Cibourne. The town and beach of st Jean de Luz are on a walking distance of 15 minutes, but can also easily reached by bus. There is also a good bus connexion to to the beach of Hendaye and from there the scenic town of Honnaribia (Spain) can be reached by foot-ferry. The apartment was located in a small and quiet complex of apartments that share a nice swimming-pool, table-tennis and some other facilities. The apartment itself was in a very good state, clean and contained a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a nice balcony. Mixed bag

First the good ---- 1) rooms were well appointed and our apartment had a good view 2) easy access to lots of places on the Basque coast, by car. 3) Easy check-in process though we arrived late at night during off-season The niggles ------ 1) tiny TV - really needs updating 2) Not enough plug points in the apartment 3) avoid this place if Wi-Fi connectivity from the comfort of your room is important. Firstly Wi-Fi needs to be paid for and it is only available in the lobby. I needed to stay connected to work (my job requires it) and this was a major hassle for me 4) the facilities such as swimming pool, playground etc dont seem to be in use during off-season. We stayed during Easter holidays and kids could not use the swimming pool. 5) breakfast needs to be booked well-ahead and we found the procedure a bit complicated 6) I would say this place is basic budget-friendly accommodation with clear disadvantages. If you can live with these, it is a decent place to stay in.
