Don't stay here

It was in Maine and way out of the way of anything. It was dirty. The carpet had not been cleaned in months maybe years. The furniture was dirty. We had to put the extra sheets on the furniture in order to sit. I asked for another unit, but there was none available. We had friends with us. So this made it more embarrassing. I called RCI and inquired about another resort. But there was none. We only stayed 1 night. We moved to hotel in New Hampshire. This was a waste of time and money. Nice but average

The location was nice for visiting the area and touring locations as we did however the facility would not be one that I would recommend for a family with children that would want things for them to be able to do outside. Great location, Awesome staff, Easy check-in, Shabby appearance though.

The people are so nice and pleasant. Although irrelevant, the other visitors that happened to be there during the same time were super nice as well! Seemed like a place where all the nice people vacation. Ha! Great place to travel throughout the Bethel area. Ideal location to go and be a tourist through north, south, east and west of inland ME. The rooms are spacious. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils. The maintenance of the place needs some help. While I think the building and the pool just needs a good power wash, a paint job and some swapping of planks throughout the joint would do it wonders! The rugs inside the units have been there for quite a while. You get the feeling the housekeeping personnel do a thorough job, but the MGMT team puts enough money into the maintenance of the place 'just to get by'. It's a shame because it could be one of RCI's nicer places to rent for a short stay. In any case, vacations are what you make them and we made our stay there wonderful! Nice Stay

The unite was somewhat dated, but it was very clean and the people were very helpful and nice. It had been newly painted and the beds were comfy. It could use an updated range and it has a back porch that desperately needs a coat of paint. It is a remote area and we took day trips. Could be great for winter and skiing. Old needs work

The staff was nice and friendly. Great location. The unit is small and outdated. The whole resort could use renovations. The room was clean but all the furniture, beds, appliances, etc. are old and could use to be replaced. Definitely not worth the high price. The units could use new lighting and shower head needs to be replaced. Overall the only upside to the stay was the location. Would not recommend staying here. The staff was nice and friendly.
