Spacious and comfortable

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. did not see any other staff. Villa was very comfortable. Unfortunately we had one that had stairs to gain entry - we noticed some villas did not. Bed was extremely comfy. Generally a bit dated and there appeared to be a lack of maintenance throughout. Best to have a car to better enjoy vacation - which we did. Great place for a great holiday

Royal Woods is a wonderful holiday resort, great surrounds, beautiful pool area, very quiet and close to shops (COLES etc), and Metricon Stadium. Spacious, great staff

We stayed for a concert at Metricon stadium in a 2 bed villa. We got public transport there with a bus stop 5 mins walk away, then walked home (30 walk). We had 3 adults, with plenty of space, and with the self contained kitchen could cook dinner and breakfast. Would be perfect getaway for a family. Also very lovely and helpful staff! Wifi was a little slow and only allowed one device connected, but didn’t worry us. But out of town if wanting to experience the Gold Coast, but also close to public transport. Would return. Great Resort

R/W is an absolutely great place, well managed, well maintained, safe. There is nothing bad that I could say about any of my many stays at R/W. Old and tired

We stayed here recently and on first impressions it really needed a face lift. The furniture is tired and drab and in need of maintenance. We had guests next door that partied on to late and with no after hours reception security was called twice. They addressed the situation but only while they were there. It took myself to say something for them to stop. We spoke to staff the next morning and they said they would look into it. If you spend $170 a night in a resort you expect some sort of order specially when you boast about the quality you have to offer. Save your money and look elsewhere.
