Best poolside service

Spent 7 days at the resort. Visiting from Seattle, WA. Everyday we were by the pool. Loved the pool. Best pool service. Several great menu items. Drinks were great. They were able to customize our drinks. Benjamin was our server poolside and was amazing. Pool was warm and not freezing. So glad we came. Spent 7 days at the resort. Visiting from Seattle, WA. Pool Side Servers

December 5, Sunday, my husband and I were having Sunday Brunch. I ordered mimosa, even though I could not tolerate alcohol. It looked so delicious! But, not before long, I felt sick and needed to lie down. I asked my husband to stay to sign the bill and got up, I felt very dizzy but continued to ‘walk’. I was stumbling toward the pool trying to get to the lounge chair. All of sudden, darkness! I was about to faint, just then someone held me up. I could make out the uniform. Don’t know how many came to my rescue, but later found out that one of them was Adrian, a young man whom I have observed to be a calm and polite young man. Thank you! Adrian. Thanks to Alma as well; she waited for me while I went to the bathroom to ‘detox’. When I came out, there was a wheelchair waiting for me. My first time staying in Rosé. Great service every morning by Jose Luis Lopez

This is our second time coming to this resort in the last year. Luis was our server every morning for breakfast for the last five days. He was very friendly and efficient. We will be back. Fabulous annual girls trip

Just returned from another fabulous girls trip at Pueblo Bonito Rose! Luis Espinosa, pool concierge, was simply outstanding and he took exceptional care of any arrangement we needed for the 7 of us. Benjamin Rivas, pool server, was top notch too! Our glasses were never empty and always served with a smile. The service from the entire staff is out of this world at Pueblo Bonito Rose. I recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a out of this world vacation at a reasonable cost. Just returned from another fabulous girls trip at Pueblo Bonito Rose! Here on a girl’s trip. Resort is very pretty and location is very good. All of the staff are amazing. Lots of fun poolside things to do; water aerobics, dance lessons, water volleyball, movie trivia Activity directors Uriel and Daniel are great! Here on a girl’s trip.
