Location, location, location!

We spent 3 nights. The staff is wonderful. Kind, helpful and made us feel like they were happy we were there. It is right on the beach with beautiful views. The units are on the smaller size (think oversized hotel room) but are updated and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and beach towels provided. On site parking is good and included. Wonderful large beach area with life guard stand right in front of condo. Be aware if you book via RCI they tack on a $140 cleaning fee for short stays which seems excessive. Overall I would recommend this resort and hope to be back for a longer stay next time. Thank you Casa Del Mar staff for making our stay special. We spent 3 nights. The staff is wonderful. Great resort

Everything was wonderful, they do a lot of little things that helped. free laundry with nice washers and dryers. For towel exchange we put down shute and called and they were delivered. pool chairs were large and comfortable. Nice Resort with Underground Parking

Casa Del Mar is clean and in a great location. Our Unit 109 was quite small and would not be good for more than 2 people. Staff friendly and resort has great sun deck and pool area. Close to good restaurants and not far from the Daytona Race track. The deal breaker for me was the super small bathroom counters (4 inches wide)...you had to set your toiletries on the Bathroom Floor. Not good. Casa Del Mar is clean and in a great location. Weekend get away

Great place to stay on the beach . We had a one bedroom one bath full Kitchen only thang is no stove only a microwave with a convection bake and roast on it. We found out that only the Handy cap rooms do not have stoves . Know better for next time. Restaurants are close and mini gulf is across the street. Great place to stay on the beach . Great value

We stayed here in November and had a great time so we booked another stay for May and had another great time. The resort is right on the beach and there is a life guard post right next to the resort. We stayed in a studio both times and it had enough space so we did not feel crushed. The balcony overlooked the pool and the ocean. The pool is large and heated the hot tub can hold about 9 people. there are lots of lounge chairs to lay in and a few tables with umbrellas, The deck also had grills if you want to cook on the deck. The staff has been friendly and the resort is kept clean. We have booked another week for the end of July looking forward to another great vacation.
