Great Local Staff but Poor Corporate

Beautiful location and resort. Local staff are excellent. Maintainance, housekeeping, front desk are tops. The lack of wifi speed is a huge downside. 2 maps down and .7 up is ridiculous. Corporate tech support tries but cannot make up for the lack of supporting hardware. Westgate promotes working remote from the resort but with these slow speeds it is not feasible. Most beautiful resort ever!

We have a time share with like tiki that we can exchange and go wherever so we have been around to many of them,but this one is one of the most beautiful that I have been too.Not just because of the rooms,but because of the beautiful huge lake views.Just think of having your breakfast in a screened in porch hovering over the lake where you get this beautiful breeze and views! The room itself was so updated and bright with everything you could possibly need. Best of Branson

I loved this resort and the people! The views are breathtaking and the units are updated and clean. There are so many things for families and/or couples to do all around the area. You can take your pets which is extremely generous and not many RCI resorts allow pets. I loved this resort and the people! The views are breathtaking and the units are updated and clean. Aniversary trip.

The resort was very nice. Pool was a little small. 3 very large spiders were in our room during our stay. Table Rock Lake was steps from our room. Utensils could use upgraded. No pot holders , and only 1 medium skillet. Staff was helpful. Concierge people pushed timeshare meetings to hard. We stated we were a timeshare owner , and were not interested. They persisted , and even tried a little gamesmanship. left a poor taste. Over all a nice place, and a great location. The resort was very nice. Lovely modern accommodations and beautiful lake view

We rented a 2 bedroom lake view suite which was a bit odd since it was just 2 rooms put together so it had 2 kitchens and only one room had the lake view. But the rooms were super modern and clean and comfortable. And it even helped to have 2 kitchens for our family group as we never ran out of flatware or glasses. They provide everything you'd need in the kitchen including dish soap and paper towels. The lake view is very nice from the screened in porch though you can't get into this lake from this resort which was a disappointment. But I think most Table Rock resorts are like that.......nice views but no lake swimming......just pools. The outdoor pool was nice but could be bigger. They shouldn't store huge trash bins right by the lakefront in between the buildings and the outdoor pool area.......move that somewhere else on the property! But overall this was a very nice place with a short drive to Table Rock activities.
