A true fraud

at my arrrival they assigned us a chalet which didn't correspond at all to the chalet master we paid for. We discussed for 3 days and that caused me stress and at the end because they admitted that they gave our chalet by mistake to somebody else we had to move to the Transamerica Hotel in Comandatuba which was 70 km further south. This was really a lovely beautiful resort but still thinking how terribly hawful they treated us at the Cana Brava and the fact that we had to leave in the tropical heat to a resort 70 km down south on a very damaged road spoiled my vacation! at my arrrival they assigned us a chalet which didn't correspond at all to the chalet master we paid for. Good service for good price

was very pleased with my stay at the All Inclusive Resort Cana Brava. The only snags were regarding the quality and few choices of beers and the low speed and weak signal from the internet. The hotel is located in a nice local. Would certainly recommend! was very pleased with my stay at the All Inclusive Resort Cana Brava. Great place, but a lot mosquitoes

I have visited Cana Brava hotel in the last week, October 2017. Is is a nice place and a spectacular weather, but the big big problem are all mosquitoes all over the place. I swear... I woke up 3:00 am just to kill about 12 .. 15 ... Only in my room. Unfortunately, I wouldn't like to go back... I have visited Cana Brava hotel in the last week, October 2017. Very nice Resorts in south Bahia. very nice stay close to a nice beach. good spaces for kids' games and nice pools too. The rooms were ok, big enough and with a good room service. breakfast also was good with lots of tropical fruits Very nice Resorts in south Bahia. very nice stay close to a nice beach. good spaces for kids' games and nice pools too. I have visited others resorts all inclusive in our country, but I was surprised with Cana Brava Resorts. I think the check in is always the most important part when you have just arrived at hotel, sometimes you have to wait for a long time in the line and it's hard for whom is traveling with kids... at Cana Brava it was fast and their Cana Brava App makes the game more fun and avoid the paperwork eventually common. Mattress was cleaner and whiter, softly and hard enough. House keepers were perfect! Every day musical presentation at the lunch in the restaurant in the beach. At night, special programs for adults and children. By the way, the resort is very lovely, kindly and friendly with kids. If you're looking for special needs for kids it will be a perfect shoot! The beach is one of the most beautiful and exotic in Ilheus everyone can enjoy it. For the shuttle to airport Jorge Amado I recommend to take a cabin you will pay R$ 80 and you can schedule via webmail. The beverage is Coca-Cola company whit fruits seasoning juices. Foods were the expected nothing special. The lunch at checkout was very pleased and surprised something unusually in Brazil. Summarizing we enjoyed a lot and the resort is strongly recommended!
