Stay away, unless ants don't bother you.

Overall, this is a nice resort. Our 2 bedroom condo was functional and nice. On day 2 of our 12 night stay, we noticed ants on the granite countertop and in the kitchen ( building 12). Guest services sent pest control the following day which did nothing to help. By day 4 they offered us to move to a new building which we accepted. Unfortunately, just after moving in, we noticed ants in the new room as well (building 8). We asked to have our entire stay refunded and they said they would do that. After spending hours trying to find a decent place that had last minute bookings, ee checked out and moved to Sheraton Vistana Villages over in Orlando and have had thankfully no issues. In summary, this resort has an ant problem. Stay away, unless ants dont bother you. The overall outdoor areas are well kept and the pools are very nice. Location is convenient to grocery and restaurants. However, it was a huge inconvenience and interruption to our vacation, but thankfully we are in a better place now. Overall, this is a nice resort. Spacious rooms

Stayed here for 8 days and really enjoyed our rooms. They were really spacious and all of my family loved our time staying here. We had 5 rooms and loved being able to run from one to another. My only wish is we could have all been on the same floor. Would come here again! Hopefully, next time they will have a shuttle to Disney World. Stayed here for 8 days and really enjoyed our rooms. Noise from Connecting room.

This is an impressive property. It comprises several buildings with different types of room. I stayed in a Delux 1 bed condo, which was an ideal base for exploring the locality. The room had absolutely everything a family would need not a long stay with a fully equipped kitchen. The ONLY negative is that most rooms have connecting doors, which are not advertised on the site where I booked. Like most American doors it has a 1 inch gap at the base of the door. You could hear every word coming from next door. Not a muffled sound, but every word. My travel companions had a similar room with neighbours who were load, obnoxious and knew lots of 4 letter words. When the complained to reception and the managing supervisor they got zero assistance. Why can't hotels sound proof "around" and between connecting doors. Great Resort

Great resort and very clean. Close to all of the Orlando attractions. Close to food options. The one bedroom had a mini kitchen with stove and microwave. Staff had poor customer service which was very disappointing. Otherwise I enjoyed the resort. Great resort and very clean. Close to all of the Orlando attractions. Close to food options.
