Great location and accommodations' with helpful staff

Comfortable, spacious and quiet resort away form all the traffic with a short drive to attractions, restaurants and shopping.. The building we stayed in has recently been refurbished and looks like new. Late fall trip

I like the fact that this resort is off the main street through pigeon forge. It is a little outdated and located close to a landfill so you can smell it somewhat. But I would still recommend it overall. I like the fact that this resort is off the main street through pigeon forge. Sunrise Ridge Resort

Great quite location away from the traffic. It is like a home away from home and the staff people are friendly and accommodating. We stay at this resort two or three times a year, one with a tri five car show and we are able to not have to stay in a cramped motel room as we travel with another couple and each have their own bedroom and bath and can have a great breakfast in our place without having to go sit in a crowd to eat. Love this place. Great quite location away from the traffic. It is like a home away from home and the staff people are friendly and accommodating. Family Vacation

We took the kids and they had a great time. It also snowed and my 3 yr old granddaughter really enjoyed herself seeing snow for the first time. We couldn’t get into the pool it was so crowded. Overall it was great and we’re booked to come back end of January. We took the kids and they had a great time. Pleasant getaway

We were skeptical what to expect with a Pigeon Forge address. I personally hate the tourist bustle Pigeon Forge has become. We were thrilled to find the resort out of the messy part of the town. It was quiet. I had read reviews complaining about a nearby landfill and odor. There was no odor while we were there, and we were told the landfill is being closed. We would recommend 2nd floor or higher for the view. Pool noise was not relevant as our stay was in Nov. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
