Есть погрешности

Отдыхали с мужем и ребенком с 03/12/16 по 17/12/16 в номере 30, В общем впечатления об отеле НЕПЛОХИЕ. НО, руководители отеля, если вы принимаете туристов из России, хотя бы 1 сотрудник отеля должен владеть данным языком. РУсскоговорящего персонала НЕТ. Душевую зону можно отделить от туалета, хотя бы какой-нибудь перегородкой? И еще, протрите пыль на вентиляторах и светильниках в номере. Тихо, спокойно, ухоженная территория, все улыбаются, правильно, как дома, НО.. для местных-Да, для приезжих, сомнительно, когда на тебя странно смотрят, если ты в купальнике (обычном купальнике) пошла в бассейн, местные в нем купаются в одежде. Если хочешь отдохнуть душой и телом, это место как раз для этого

Понравилось очень. Отель, обслуживание, никакой навязчивости, все удобства, плюс комплекс лечебных и профилактических массажей, рядом аювердическое лечение и профилактика, очищение. Отзыв "victjr a" соверщенно правдив, мы тожн жили вчетвером в просторном номере в двух уровнях. Понравилось очень. Лучший отель для семейного отдыха

Мы жили вчетвером в двухспальных апартаментах. Внизу располагалась просторная гостиная с кухней, наверху- две спальни. И на первом, и на втором этажа имеются по одной большой ванной, что очень удобно, когда отдыхают четверо взрослых. Завтрак готовили сами, поскольку в номере есть газовая плита, тостер,холодильник, вся необходимая посуда. Однажды на обед готовили даже щи,что было совсем не трудно, так как на территории отеля имеется магазин, где можно купить как продукты, так и предметы первой необходимости. Обедали на просторной террасе. Отель несколько раз в неделю устраивал тематический ужин у бассейна, поэтому дамы могли снять шорты и надеть вечерний наряд, тем более, что такие вечера сопровождались приятной живой музыкой. Мы чувствовали себя здесь комфортно

В отеле Royal Goan мы чувствовали себя как дома. Здесь было очень комфортно, а персонал был дружелюбным. Особого упоминания заслуживает продуктовый магазин, где мы покупали все, что нам было нужно. С нами был маленький ребенок, и иногда приходилось готовить. В мини-кухню в номере можно было легко зайти, хотя там нужно добавить мебель. Номер был посредственным, несмотря на то, что здесь были все удобства, он старый и здесь нужно поменять мебель. Еда хорошая, а тарифы доступные. В отеле Royal Goan мы чувствовали себя как дома. Здесь было очень комфортно, а персонал был дружелюбным. Особого упоминания заслуживает продуктовый магазин, где мы покупали все, что нам было нужно. Very Good and Well maintained Property

Good property near to Benaulim Beach. Neat and Clean Property. The staff was extremely friendly and Helping. Restaurant staff was very Polite and Prompt. Particularly I Appriciate Best Services given by Shaheen at Restaurant. Alister also gives us Best Experience. Good property near to Benaulim Beach. Neat and Clean Property. Beautiful stay

Karma Royal Palms has been a pleasure to visit every time . We had a one bedroom set that had a small kitchenette and could accommodate 4 adults. From the security to the housekeeping staff everyone is so friendly , smiling and courteous. Everyone makes u feel special and welcome. The close proximity to the beach and the shops is great. Raftar from security was super duper helpful and Taskin from housekeeping was super kind. Always smiling and ready to help. Thank u taskin for everything It’s because of wonder staff like this that u wanna go back. Karma Royal Palms has been a pleasure to visit every time . Everyone makes u feel special and welcome. The close proximity to the beach and the shops is great. Raftar from security was super duper helpful and Taskin from housekeeping was super kind. Mediocre resort, average stay

We are club Mahindra members and were offered a complimentary stay at the karma Benaulim during my Goa visit in Feb 2020. So we decided to avail the offer this year and planned a 4 night vacation at karma Benaulim. To begin with the check in time is quite off, 4pm is too late! We got into our room at 5pm just 1 hour away from the sunset, tired and wanted to rest. Still pulled ourselves to the beach which is again 1.3 Kms away from the resort, that's quite a bit and had to take the car out (parking is another 300 mts away from the resort). There was no room to park my car near the reception, absolute circus when we arrived. The resort resembles a housing society, 4 storied buildings stacked so close of each other you can hear your neighbors on the phone :d. The rooms are quite tiny (we stayed in a 1BR), kitchenette is good, interiors are not even close to luxurious. The staff is very polite and soft spoken. Swimming pool and spa were closed, so no comments there. The breakfast menu offered had very less variety, no sausages, no chicken, even the vegetarian menu was quite boring. Overall food 5/10. The tables we sat on were plastic, old and dirty. The egg counter was flooded and took 10 mins to get our omlettes. No water served on the table, no paper napkins. We missed the breakfast the next day and the breakfast at the shacks was way better. We ordered lunch one afternoon and the staff forgot to punch in our order! Did a follow up call after an hour to understand that our food was not being prepared. We expected it, lookin at the over f&b experience :d.. The pool side bar/cafe was nice. Food here was good, maybe because there was less rush. The hotel is definitely unable to handle a good load of tourists I'm sure, sad but true. We were given a presentation in Feb 2020 showing all nice things about karma group and their chain of hotels and was offered a membership, frankly being a club Mahindra member the experience was very boring and mediocre. FIRST VISIT TO THE KARMA HOTEL

We have recently returned from our first visit to The Karma Hotel and we cannot emphasise enough what a great time we had. The staff we’re extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Meals were optional and very competitively priced, as were the liquid refreshments. Occasionally a BBQ was offered which was good value. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment which was large and well furnished. All the apartments faced the swimming pool which had adequate sun beds and plenty of towels for our use. The Karma is in a great position - 10 minutes from the beach with a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to returning there next year. Excellent Vacation Resort!

Recently we visited Karma Royal Benaulim and stayed there for one week. We were 2 couple, both couples Senior Citizen. The stay was enjoyable. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The resort was clean all around. Its location is close to beach. The atmosphere in the resort was friendly. The team headed by Mr. Allen, General Manager and Ms. Marisa Vaz , Front Office Manager were very courteous and helpful . Flip side is that for 2 bedroom apartments the bedrooms are on 2nd floor and living room is on 1st floor. Its difficult for many senior citizens to climb stairs many times in the day. They must have a lift/ escalator upto 1st floor. Catering needs improvement for tastes and quality. Except the above two points we had an Excellent stay at Royal Benaulim and we will certainly visit this resort again! Recently we visited Karma Royal Benaulim and stayed there for one week.
