Уютный отель на берегу океана с прекрасным персоналом

Мы очень благодарны персоналу этого отеля - все улыбчивые, приветливые, вежливые и очень профессиональные, очень стараются, заботятся о гостях. Это была замечательная неделя. Номер с видом на океан, с кухней, всё необходимое и даже больше есть. Прекрасная уборка, вкуснейшие завтраки и ужины. Мы уезжали в 14:00, и на ресепшн нам разрешили остаться подольше в день отъезда. Пляжа как такового нет, спускаешься по ступенькам, чтобы поплавать в океане, спасатель бдит:-), так как океан бывает неспокойным. Мы ходили на пляж соседнего отеля справа (где дайвинг-клуб) если стоять лицом к океану, его выгода в том, что в него прямо встроен бассейн + там бухта и море более спокойное. Плюс там весело, местное развлечение - кормят рыбок, их там много. Наверх и вниз можно подняться на лифте, это тоже плюс. Кстати, наш отель очень следил за дезинфекцией и чистотой, персонал соблюдает все правила, связанные с коронавирусом. Мадейра-жемчужина Атлантики

Отель за свою цену отличный. Жили в студии (кухонный уголок терраса выход в садик с шезлонгами и столиками).отлично! Бассейн закрытый был с нами рядом. Ходили утром до завтрака. Открытый тоже был рядом. Но можно купаться с лесенки в океане или в маленьком бассейне с морской водой. Три отеля как бы об'единены инфраструктурой.завтраки в Рокомаре с видом на океан очень нравились. Мадейра дает столько позитива. Горы, Сантана, природные парки и водопады,музей вулкана,ботанический сад,городской фуникулер, потрясающие природные памятники. Удобно на машине. Арендуйте обязательно. Отель за свою цену отличный. Отель расположен на берегу океана. Пляжа, можно сказать, нет, только крошечный участок каменистого пляжа. Но есть спуск в океан по ступенькам. Ресторан в соседнем здании, один на два отеля. Номер большой, разделен условно на гостиную и спальню, есть кухня. Интернета в номере нет, есть на 3 этаже. Душевая кабина, ванны нет. Есть открытый бассейн, есть закрытый. Отель расположен на берегу океана. Пляжа, можно сказать, нет, только крошечный участок каменистого пляжа. Но есть спуск в океан по ступенькам. Ресторан в соседнем здании, один на два отеля. Неплохой отель цена=качество

Отель расположен в небольшом городке Канисо, в отеле 2 корпуса - один около океана, другой через дорогу. Если брать стандартные номера, то можно оказаться во втором корпусе, а бассейн, спуск в океан будут в первом... У нас был номер Junior Suite с видом на море, большой номер, кухня, балкон, очень неплохо. Нет интернета в номерах, только в библиотеке, завтрак в соседнем отеле Rocamar, пешком 2 минуты, вполне неплохой. Рядом с отелем наверху на параллельной улице - ряд кафе и супермаркет, есть бесплатный автобус в Фуншал. Соседние отели - Rocamar и Royal Orchid принадлежат тому же владельцу, можно пользоваться всеми услугами этих отелей. Неплохой отель за свои деньги. Хороший отель, но...

Сам по себе отель весьма неплох - очень приветливый персонал, чистые и в хорошем состоянии номера. К сожалению, в номерах нет WiFi, есть только в общественной зоне. Вид на океан портит расположенная прямо перед балконами терасса с бассейном и шезлонгами, а так как он расположен очень близко, почти вплотную - не очень уютно.Ну и слишком многолюдно - вплотную расположены другие отели. Сам по себе отель весьма неплох - очень приветливый персонал, чистые и в хорошем состоянии номера. К сожалению, в номерах нет WiFi, есть только в общественной зоне. What a lovely all inclusive gem we have found. Perfect.

First time in Maderia and it won't be the last, as we will return to this hotel. Room, A studio type with tea and coffe making facilite, microwave, fridge and cooking area. Spotlessly cleaned through our 3 week stay. Beds very comfortable. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Internet Is free and was available in your room and hotel etc. No problem there. Food Excellent choices for breafast, lunch and dinner. The staff at the bars and restaurant were amazing. Drinks package. Wonderful lager which is made in Madeira. White wine was excellent. My partner tried the red wine/ sangria/vodka and other's and said they were all amazing ( not all at once!) Sunbathing. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. We were on a sun terrace on ou rown for three weeks. If you want a great chill out and to escape from the masses then this is the place for you. Covid Curtailed Holiday

Flew out 20/12 for what should have been a Christmas/New Year break & our 3rd visit to the island in 15 mths. Unfortunately we had to fly back 27/12 due to new covid restrictions on the island. This is a great hotel with friendly & helpful staff who coped well with the covid protocols. We were upgraded to a sea view room on arrival & it was spacious with plenty of storage space. The cliff top position give impressive views of the surrounding area & there are shops nearby. The system has obviously changed since our last visit to Madeira in Sept. 2020 as all meals were a la carte & served freshly cooked to your table. Very easy to overeat as all meals were at least courses. The gala dinner on Christmas eve & Christmas day dinner were superb. My only minor gripes were that the mattresses were too soft for my taste & the hot water supply was variable. Overall I can recommend this hotel & would stay here again. Picture Postcard Hotel Not Without Issues

the hotel is set on a cliff it has stunning views over the ocean the rooms are spotlessly clean and are cleaned daily. rooms had a microwave kettle and fridge free Wi-Fi with repeaters in rooms. Be advised this is not the Hotel photographed in the brochure its the lesser hotel with fewer facilities. The restaurant serves brilliant meals a special thanks to Simplicio & Teresa always smiling and helpful they basically run the restaurant in my opinion , it was clearly noticeable when they had a day off as service was mayhem. The cleaners are are friendly but some bar staff are grumpy. Many facilities mentioned were not available such as outdoor pool gym , entertainment playing music or singing is frowned on at this hotel. Best All-Inclusive Food Ever

Stayed here for 12 days in October 2020. We came here on a last minute deal as our holiday to Turkey was cancelled. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were lovely, the views were stunning, the drinks package was excellent but the food was outstanding. All meals were taken in the Lee Hamilton steak house and were top restaurant quality. Stayed here for 12 days in October 2020. Brilliant holiday under the circumstances of covid 19.

Covid test at airport as soon as you land. In your room until results are negative. Hotel room dated but very clean. Towels and bedding changed daily if required. Food unbelievable, if you like your grub this is the place for you. Steak is unbelievable. Wear a mask in and around the hotel but not outside or around the pool. Some staff more friendly than others, Theresa brilliant as was another lady, however Ricardo and the pool attendant was a bit grumpy, they need to understand we are on holiday. Free bus each daily to Funchal at 10am and return at 5pm but only a taxi ride away, make sure you ask how much as they RIP you off. Should be around 18 euro. We hired a car at reception, great service and around 40 euro per day. Pool cold but once your in it's good, inndoor pool slightly warmer. Sea is even hotter and lovely but beware of the coral it stings you and makes a mess of your skin and is very sore and blisters so beware and do not come ashore. Drinks from 11 till 11 during covid make sure this is these times as they will try and shorten it to 10pm but we knew different through jet2. Weather 4 seasons so if your looking for sunshine all day forget it, however when the sun shines its lovely at 26 degrees in October. Covid test at airport as soon as you land.
