Great vacation fun great sunsets great food fun staff clean spacious rooms good entertainment, Luis was awesome fine shopping friendly staff and guests green grounds will definitely return soon for more fun and games. Plenty of nature and fresh fruit. Excellent stay

Since our arrival everything was perfect. Special thanks to Tito, Erick, Rene and Agustin, they made us return, service is outstanding. This is our 5th time in Royal Level and will come back for sure. Since our arrival everything was perfect. Fourth consecutive year at Occidental NV

We stayed for one week this year, Nov 27-Dec 4. This year was a little better than last year regarding all of the COVID rules and restrictions. The buffet was back to self serve (which we prefer!) and the resort did a great job at keeping everything cleaned and sanitized. The food offered here is quite good, they have many great options at both the buffet and specialty restaurants to choose from. We were also able to complete a COVID test right at the resort - which is/was currently required to return to the United States - and that was very easy to schedule and complete. The bed in our room seemed different from years past, was a little lumpy and uncomfortable. It seems like they maybe put new mattress pads or protectors on them, but can't confirm for sure. Maybe we just had a bad bed this time around! In years past we have slept just fine. They are generally very firm beds! We enjoyed the return of nightly shows and entertainment. They have not brought back certain activities such as the use of bikes, kayaks, or boogie-boards. We miss being able to rent boogie-boards from the fun club. That was one of our favorite activities to do and we really hope they bring them back! The overall service has declined some with the turnover of employees. The new employees don't seem as genuine or dedicated as the long term ones do. There were a couple times at the buffet where we had no one come to the table to check on us or see if we needed refills on drinks. We did however experience exceptional service from some of their best staff, whom include: buffet waiters David, Miguel, and Jesus; Luis M. as our server at Los Olivos; Juan and Marco in the First Club Lounge; Rene the bartender at Tokyo, Mara - waitress in the Lobby Bar, and Julio, Irene, Erik, and Oscar at the pool bar. Julio makes our stay very enjoyable, he is a great guy. Vicente and Ricardo also were awesome and do a fantastic job with running the shows and daily activities. Great vacation ! Our waiter at the pool Luis Robles was awesome. The bartender Austin and the crew are great always outgoing and attentive to whatever you need. This is our second time back we love it here everything is always great the food is delicious! Great vacation ! Our waiter at the pool Luis Robles was awesome. Love it .

I love coming to the Occidental . I get the best service on the beach from Erik Cevna. Love Sandra sepulveda and enjoy all the activities with Ricardo and Vicente. Thanks guys for making my 6th stay an amazing experience. Our room with the balcony in the new building is fantastic. Wish they still had the bike tour. I love coming to the Occidental .
