Disrepair

The good: it’s on the ocean beach. The bad: the marine environment has taken its toll on the hotel and the hotel is not keeping up with repairs. The rooms are typical size for Brazil. The AC did manage to keep the room cool. The water didn’t work the last day and a half of my stay. The breakfast is good. The restaurant menu is good, but the pantry is bare...multiple menu items not available. The good: it’s on the ocean beach. Hot Fun Carnival - Beach & Sun!

Very traditional hotel,next to the beach,with they own beach área with chaise and (quiosque) where food and drinks are served! Good staff service, polite and helpful. Breakfast is good and always renewed itens, restaurant traditional and international dishes, nice view of the beach and side walk, very pleasant scenario! Bar with nice lobby, nice pool,area for kids with monitor. Fine decoration The rooms are clean, free wifi, free beach towels, chaise! There are several quosques at the Enseada beach, I recommend particularly Quiosque da Vera, excellent service, food,drinks and the charming,lovely unique attention of the owners! certainly I will good back to this place! Beach & Sun

Hotel next to the Beach. Quality & equipment of Rooms need urgent an upgrade. Service was good. Of course the location with own beach area is excellent. Business trip to Guaruja

this hotel is ideally located on the beach front however it is in dire need of some refurbishment the rooms are in poor conditions .food is affordable and of a fairly good standard ,staff in particular the reception are very helpful.there are some challenges with the cleaning of the rooms though .the language barrier is also a factor hardly anyone speaks english this hotel is ideally located on the beach front however it is in dire need of some refurbishment the rooms are in poor conditions .food is affordable and of a fairly good standard ,staff in particular the reception are very helpful.there are some challenges with the cleaning of the rooms though .the language barrier is also a factor hardly anyone speaks english

Business trip to Guaruja

Nice, clean, silent, fairly comfortable hotel in front of the Guarujá sea in São Paulo seashore. Best view rooms are wide and clear, with sea view, not so expensive. Breakfast and lunch buffet with many options and permanently renewed. Restaurant with glass walls with full view of the sea. Gentle staff. There was a problem with hot water in the middle of my stay, they asked their "apologies" by transferring me to the Presidential Room for 2 nights. Nice !
