Вполне романтический отель для пар

Жили пять дней в апартаментах. Тихо, никто не мешает, вид был на море. Места для двоих достаточно, особенно порадовала просторная кровать. Есть необходимый набор посуды для готовки, но мы не пользовались. Завтрак обычный итальянский, без излишеств. Можно ужинать в ресторане отеля, но надо записываться заранее, готовят хорошо, но выбор блюд небольшой. Отель расположен далеко от моря, но есть просторный бассейн, очень чистый. Кстати, пляж в Марчана-Марине галечный, купаться неудобно, лучше ездить в другое место, например в Сан-Андреа,там песок. Персонал в отеле достаточно вежливый, но говорят, похоже,только на итальянском. Удивило то, что полотенца меняли раз в три дня, на материковой части Италии обычно меняют ежедневно, если не постельное белье, то полотенца. Качество интернета неплохое,не зависал. Lovely Hotel

Very nice hotel, with a central reception building and separate blocks of rooms. We had a room in block C. The blocks have 3 levels we were on the top level with a balcony that had views to the sea and surrounding country side. There are no lifts so had to carry cases up the stairs. Nice size rooms with a small kitchen area, we only used the fridge to store drinks in. The room had a bit of a stale smell and I think the room had just been opened up for the new season. There was a small drain in the bathroom floor with a slotted cover, kept a towel over it, think the smell came from it. Did not report it as could not be fussed with the language issues. Shower was fine. The lady on reception was really nice and helpful. There is a separate dining room for the evenings, we only used it once during our 5 night stay and it was fine, the meal was included in our package as was breakfasts which were very basic even for a continental breakfast. On 3 mornings the only cereal was cornflakes. The toaster was useless and there was only one coffee machine so there was often a queue. Pool was lovely and clean, water temperature was ok for me, maybe a bit cool for some, nice to cool off in after a day walking. Bed was comfortable. Family vacation

We stayed for a week, intending to use the hotel as a base for exploring Elba. However, we ended up staying on the west side of the island, and also spending time around the pool area, which was great. The free borrowing of good bikes was a bonus, as was the very nice balcony and view that came with our room/apartment. The apartment was rather small, ok equipped: you can cook pasta but not make any advanced cooking. We did not try the hotel restaurant except for breakfast one day (we found the breakfast was not worth the price). The neighbour pizzeria/restaurant was good (il fosso)! The hotel offers free kids club and katak/trekking/snorkelling tours. We went one one free snorkling tour but were disappointed- inquire well about the trip before, so you know what to expect. Most guests seemed to be italian, but most staff spoke ok english. The location a little on the outskirt of the village was nice in our opinion- it allowed for great views, quiet surroundings, and the harbour was still an easy 10 min walk away, on pedestrian paths. for Italians

This is really a typical holiday hotel for Italians and their young families. Almost nobody speaks English or other foreign language (maybe one lady at the reception, if you are lucky), what really represents a huge barrier. What we did enjoy are the complementary hiking and canoeing for a week stay. Breakfast is more then poor, but can be manageable for a day or two (certainly not for whole week stay). This is really a typical holiday hotel for Italians and their young families. Isola Verde

We travelled with our 2 young children to Elba for two nights and stayed in this hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay there, the hotel was quiet and peaceful and it was a good location to relax. July 2012 holidays

We have stayed in this hotel/residence for a week in July and we really have enjoyed our time. Points of strength: the hotel personnell, the cuisine served in the restaurant for dinner which is simply excellent, very nice pool area, the mini-club service is really one of the best we have seen, given to the size of this venue, with a perfect mix of professionality and serene attitude with children, also the garden is very nice and tidy. The rooms are kept perfectly clean and we were pleased by the wonderful sight on the gulf from the balcony. Mixed points; the room furniture style somehow outdated, although everything was perfectly in order. The air-conditioning equipment similarly a bit out dated could be a bit more powerful or less noisy. One point on the location : at the beginning we were a bit disappointed in seeing the hotel is far from the beach, In reality first of all the walk to the beach through the village is really fine and enjoable in second place we had great time visiting other different beaches in the west part of the island - even the "far" ones are max at 20-30 mins by car and many are really beautiful (Procchio, Fetovaia, Spartaia, Marina di Campo).
