Good resort overall

This review is for the Regency Heights Resort and generally good, active staff, good value, shop on site, good room, clean and tidy. Nice pool area although sun beds were reserved against the rules which was not necessary and no action taken. Also spirits were cheap and didn't nice very nice; the resort needs to use know proper brands. Perfect for a Relaxing Holiday

We spent a week at the Neptuno for a week to relax in the sun. Was allocated a two bed apartment overlooking the lovely heated pool. The apartment was very clean but is in need of a little updating, although, it met our needs perfectly, large kitchen and everything you want for self catering. Only moan was that the internet connection kept logging you off after a period of time and you needed to keep logging on. There is another pool and bar on site. The views from the hotel are lovely. The location is not the best, on the top of a steep hill but as the week went on it became easier and helped burn off some of the excellent food on the island. There is a free courtesy bus that dropped off in town and then went on to Las Americas. For want we wanted, sun and relaxation it was perfect. Relaxing break

We received a very warm and friendly welcome on our arrival, especially from Sara the rep. Our one bed appartment was sufficiently spacious for the two of us with the balcony overlooking the ocean. We made use of the coutesy bus to get to the beaches because parking was a nightmare. The service was good although we felt there were holes in the afternoon return timetable. Awesome holiday

We spent 2 weeks in paradise. Perfect location, awesome sea view, pool view.
