Очаровательный отель!
Этот отель теперь одних из двух самых любимых у меня. Очень продумана парковка, поэтому на входе нет скопления машин и людей. Отель расположен на берегу океана - из холла и всех номеров вид на океан. В холле есть очень милый бар с живой музыкой, куда вечером приходят местные жители. В нем очень весело, вмеру шумно и уютно. Номера просторные с балкончиками, в ванной достаточно место. Халаты мягкие, а мыло и шампунь пахнут хорошо. Очень рекомендую как городок Дель Мар, так и этот отель! Этот отель теперь одних из двух самых любимых у меня. Божественный отель
В данном случае много слов не нужно - отель божественный! Вид на Тихий Океан, тишина, спокойствие, отличный сервис. Сам отель бутиковый, стилистически безупречен, продумана каждая мелочь в интерьере и экстерьере. Хороший небольшой бассейн плюс джакузи на открытом воздухе с горячей водой. До океана - 2 минуты, ресторанов рядом много. Единственный минус - в стоимость номера не входит завтрак, но это поможет вам заглянуть в парочку кафе поблизости, где вам предложат прекрасные завтраки. We had our Christmas party held here for us and I was drawn to the ambiance and every staff member that greeted me had a smile and super pleasant. My room was inviting and loved enjoying my glass of wine on my patio! L'Auberge Del Mar is nothing short of magical. From the moment we pulled up to valet to the moment we said goodbye at the front desk, we were welcomed with excellent customer service. The property is beautiful and peaceful - the getaway I never knew I needed. We started our trip at the spa with a massage. America and Mary took excellent care of us with the most enjoyable spa experience I've ever had. We also had the pleasure of participating in the first Wine Pull Party. After so many exciting activities, it was nice to enjoy the sea breeze from my coastal view room then fall into deep sleep on a luxurious king bed. L'Auberge is unlike any other hotel I've stayed at. This hotel is what everyone means when they say "home away from home." I'm already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel so I can create more memories. Thankful for Thanksgiving visit
From the moment you walk into L'Auberge to the moment you leave, the staff greets you warmly and attends to any need. We stayed for only 2 nights over Thanksgiving and it was truly a treat! The rooms are beautifully appointed, the restaurant has amazing views and food and the location can't be beat in downtown Del Mar as well as steps to the beach. Can't wait to return one day! Boutique Charming Hotel, Excellent Staff, Perfectly Located
I love this hotel. Charming and cozy. Cocktails are out of this world, the lobby lounge is lively, and the sunset views are a must. I booked this hotel for the first time for a quick girls' getaway and we absolutely loved it. Nearby lots of restaurants, not too far from Downtown San Diego and the beach - and the rooms were cozy. We took a yoga class in the am, which was a nice amenity. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area. I love this hotel. Charming and cozy. Terrible Experience Both Times. Will not return.
We stayed here twice. The only reason we returned the second time was bc they failed to apply our $2000 gift certificate and they don’t allow refunds. 1. Gift card/gift certificate handling is incompetent at best and criminal at worst. We were given a total of $2000 in a gift certificate to use here. At check in, the lady took the certificate and said it would be applied to the account at the end. It was not. In fact, they forgot about the $2000 and my credit card was charged instead for incidentals a few days after I left. I was not given any receipt or email or physical evidence of the remaining funds. When I inquired , the lady wrote down some e-gift number she said to just use for future. 2. The second time I booked online, there was no function on the website to use the nearly $2000 in funds. I had to put in on my Amex. I thereafter called the hotel. And after being transferred several times, a manager confirmed the funds and again just said to write down the e-gift numbers and present it at desk upon checkin. Total time spent on phone sorting this out: nearly 2 hours. 3. At check in, I presented the numbers. The girl was clueless. She asked for a gift certificate. I explained they took it from us last time and gave us e-gift numbers. Situation was escalated to a manager who gave us his card and advised the funds would be applied at checkout. Total time spent at check in: nearly 1 hour. 3. At checkout, lady asked if they can use card on file to settle charges. I said no. E-gift cards. She asked for the gift certificate again. Again I explained situation. Again situation was escalated. No one really understands how to apply e-gift cards here. And the funds just seem to vanish and cannot be applied. After going back and forth and manager after manager having to visit the places to force close the bill, I was finally able to use up the remaining gift funds. Total hours spent : nearly 7 hours total!!!! Unacceptable! In addition, none of them appeared to want to help us resolve this issue. Instead of a helpful demeanor, every person appeared to be annoyed at the extra work and didn’t care about the fact that this is the second time we are here and the missing $2000 in Gift card funds. 4. Construction was ongoing both times we stayed (April and November). Loud noises and debris. As early as 7 am and continuing throughout the day. 5. Adelaide served frozen fish. Covered in tons of sauce to mask the old frozen uncooked fish. Soups were lukewarm. Vegetables were wilted and covered with dressing. Flatbread was old and stale. Food is very bad here. 6. Location is wonderful! We tried to get out of the hotel as much as we could. 7. Spa was closed half the time we were there. Limited hours and services. 8. Rooms were dated (paint peeling), stains on carpets. Bathrooms had mold. Toilets didn’t flush properly. Water pressure and temperature issues. I do not recommend this hotel. Also do not purchase gift cards or certificates. They will vanish and not be applied unless you diligently spend many many hours trying to resolve this issue instead of enjoying your stay.
