В целом курорт неплохой,но персонал всегда занят, на стойки рецепшен давали неверную информацию, трансфер вообще не заказали, воспользовались такси, хорошо был запас времени. accommodation offers value for money.

The accommodation borders directly next to the hotel Fenix beach. So the entrance of the appartment complex is a bit difficult to find. The appartement is big enough but the upholstery needs attention. At the reception the communication in another laguage than Spanisch was a bit difficult. Also the written information was only in spanish. Overall we had a pleasant vacation. The accommodation borders directly next to the hotel Fenix beach. Naar the beach

Very basic apartment next to hotel Fenix beach. You can use all facilitys of the hotel. Front desk of the apartments was not there the moment we had to check out. Even the curtains were closed. Hotel and the area was dirty, can’ recommend this place. This was the worst RCI trip ever.

The area was dirty, noisy not beautiful at all. Full of hotels, nothing special to see. We tought to see something special and local, but it was another tourist area among others. Didn’t like the food, it was tourist food everywhere. The area was dirty, noisy not beautiful at all. Full of hotels, nothing special to see. Great resort and room, poor administration.

Upon arrival, we were dropped off at the front door of the reception to the timeshare section of the resort at Mar Y Golf at 10.30pm to find no one in attendance and no details in english how to get a room key or instructions where to go, especially when we contacted the resort and let them know what time we would be arriving and all we received back was that they had our booking and that was after the 3rd email, we were not informed in the email where to go or what to do when we arrived, so we walked around to the reception of the Fenix Beach Resort, which is connected to the Mar Y Golf Resort to see if they knew where we could get a room key and they had an envelope with just a room number and room key but no instructions or map of where our room was and no wi-fi code, so after walking back around to the back of the resort we finally found our room, by this time it was 11.45pm, very poor administrative services, however the resort itself was great in a good location close the shops and restaurants. Good for able bodied teavelers.

As a wheelchair user, this hotel didn't suit me. It was totally non handicap accessible. I had a very hard time in the unit especially in the shower. On the other hand, the Restaurant offered a great and varied buffet for breakfast and dinner. They don't offer anything to drink so you must buy. It is a fine place if you're able bodied and great for kids bc of the nice pool. As a wheelchair user, this hotel didn't suit me. It was totally non handicap accessible.
