На курорте Club Tisaya Golf, расположенном в Маспаломасе на юге Гран-Канарии, к Вашим услугам множество возможностей для идеального отдыха. Miserable

We came to watch one of their entertainment evenings which included a barbecue. The older lady who owns the place is the most miserable, sarcastic and rude woman I’ve ever come into contact with, she made me feel extremely unwelcome and was pushy to sell drinks. I was trying to relax and enjoy the show but I was constantly ‘ picked on’ and made to feel uneasy. The whole place was very outdated with cheap, plastic tables and chairs, the drinks were warm and poor quality. I will never return to this hell hole. Relaxing place to stay

Stayed for 7 nights, it’s a very relaxing place to stay with a nice pool bar serving all you need, the bungalows are spotless and bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated and the showers are fantastic. Some nice little touches are free safe and free WiFi and the staff and managers are all extremely friendly. I’ll be back next year ☀️☀️ Stayed for 7 nights, it’s a very relaxing place to stay with a nice pool bar serving all you need, the bungalows are spotless and bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated and the showers are fantastic. Some nice little touches are free safe and free WiFi and the staff and managers are all extremely friendly. I’ll be back next year ☀️☀️

Disappointing

The bed linen on both beds were stained. One had an enormous big brown stain. When we talked to the management about it, the sheets were changed but there were even stains on the second set of sheets. Upon arrival there was also an enormous clump of hair underneath the sink in the bathroom. In one of the cabinets in the kitchen there was a terrible mold/mildew smell every time you opened it. Now I understand why the window in the kitchen had been left open upon our arrival. The bugalow's decor is dated and in need of renovation. Furthermore, I'd say that the customer service was lackluster. The staff were not friendly at all. On the positive, I liked having a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Quiet and secluded

Beautiful pool the bungalow was fantastic very clean everything you needed. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and whilst you are a little way out from playa del inglis there was a free bus to take you there and the other way to lighthouse. Supermarkets were near. Everything you needed for a stress free break Beautiful pool the bungalow was fantastic very clean everything you needed. First visit

Fantastic from the minute we arrived Helmut and Katherine made us very welcome. Nice choice of snacks fresh pizza with toppings yum,yum,Angus Burger Curly or straight fries with paprika lovely. Excellent bungalow all have had new bathrooms very up to date walk in power shower kitchens I believe to be updated during 2019 full cooker and oven for the stay at home folks,pool heated but cool.Good comfortable sun loungers both outside bungalows and on pool area .Full glass surround around pool to stop water and also prevent youngsters from wandering. Comfortable beds,complete with quilts. Bungalows spacious and very clean maids came in every couple of days. Every Sunday Helmut puts on a BBQ with entertainment inc for less than 15 Euro (2018) excellent food and great entertainment. Very quiet as at end of road,free bus pass for Meloneras and 5euros taxi to Playa for those that need to get out and about. Small supermarket close by and 15 mins walk to Faro 2 (supermercado) if it’s still standing next year. Whole thing was brilliant we will be back next year no doubt. Thank you Helmut and Katherine.
