Неплохо

Не хватает ремонта в апартаментах, устаревшая мебель и кухонное оборудование. Но в целом-неплохо! Удобное месторасположение, отличная инфраструктура, отличные условия для семей с детьми. Понравилось, что легко добраться без автомобиля до соседних городов. Не хватает ремонта в апартаментах, устаревшая мебель и кухонное оборудование. Но в целом-неплохо! Отель для Непритязательных клиентов

Останавливались с 1 по 5 сентября 2017 года, на 2 ночи, были 2 номера друг над другом в самом дальнем корпусе (F), изначально мы просили тихие номера рядом друг с другом и нам дали номера друг над другом (один на втором этаже, один на третьем этаже). Трёхэтажный корпус без лифта. На территории отеля свой аквапарк - приятно. Чистота посредственная, уборка тяп ляп. простыни были грязные и дырявые, это при заселении и за 4 дня никто их не менял. Уборку территории начинали делать только когда все шли на завтрак, и это было очень неприятно и некрасиво, как шлангом смывают всю грязь прямо к бассейну и что бы попасть на завтрак надо было через всё это по сырости перешагивать... Отель находиться далеко от моря, НЕ в шаговой доступности. Если же вы попадёте на близлежайший пляж - то он галечный. Еда была у нас Полный пансион, вода и "юпи" были всегда бесплатно в ресторане. Разнообразие было небольшое, но голодным никто не уходил. Не плохой отель, но вдали от моря. Номера не новые, но и не "убитые". Питание хорошее, но не на гурмана... напитки платные (2,5 евро бокал вина итп)... Уборка ежедневная, но "не генеральная" ;) Вечерняя анимация присутствовала, но проходили мимо ))) Персонал приветливый, но "на дежурных улыбках" ))) Аквапарк на территории, но пляжи в Бенидром ИМХО значительно лучше))) Прокат велосипедов при отеле - огромный +... прокат машины через ресепшен (не самый дешевый) т.к. до ближайшего пешком долго... Неплохой отель с аквапарком, сауной, с большой территорией. Хороший ресторан со шведским столом. В номерах чисто, есть вай фай, кухня, плазменный телевизор. На территории растут апельсиновые деревья. Go somewhere else

Worst experience at a resort I have ever had. Not only are the rooms terribly outdated, the kitchen is not stocked with wine glasses or basic bowls among other things. To get to the units you must enter through a dimly lit walkway though the back alley. But I was fine with all of it. Until I was treated like a criminal walking through the reception. Apparently my attire was not appropriate for the receptionist as she decided to leave her front counter (where she was the only one and had a line up of about 5 guests) to demand that I tell her my room number, and then verify that I am who I am. As you are all wondering what my outfit was it consisted of blue ripped jeans, a black hoodie, and a backpack as I came back from the grocery store and find it easier to carry groceries this way. Far better than the stars suggest!!

We have just had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. Suite cleaned every day,towels changed everyday, bedding two or three times a week. All the staff,from waiters and reception to the groundsmen were so helpful and friendly.Special mentions to Mamen,Gloria,Gasper and especially Asierwho all do their best to help you really enjoy your stay. The meals were very varied, sometimes a bit cooler than we are used to, but microwave supplied.All in all a great choice of food.We will definitely go again. Poor accommodation

Very small unit, no wine glasses, refused to provide a tea towel, pool was freezing Only ate there once food was poor and expensive. Check in was very poor. No information given at all on check in. Grounds were lovely and it was very clean but not the usual standard for a time share. Luvly place for families

My grandkids luved being at albir gardens the entertainment team went above board the keep kids happy, my grandson had a favourite Francisco Jackson. Fantastic family resort

Just had a Halloween week in Albir garden resort and it was brilliant . The rooms are quite dated but to be honest we were hardly in there , a bed , warm shower and kitchen is just what we needed! Was very clean and housekeeping came everyday. The staff are so helpful & kind especially the entertainment crew , the shows were fantastic and had something on every night! They did start late which meant the children fell asleep half way through them but still great fun. The mini disco was 20:30 & shows started at 22:00 .different show each night too which was nice . The all inclusive food was fine , kids were a little fussy as not a lot of option for them but they survived :) They loved the free ice cream at the outside pool bar! The pool bar was also great & played good music. They really went out for Halloween , the entertainment crew were dressing up and walking around the hotel , my2 little ones got a little scared but it was ok . I thought it was brilliant, they were great fun with kids , they did crafts & bingo in the day with them too. Drinks were fine, standard spirits, beer & offered 1 cocktail on the inclusive. The pool & slides were a bonus, supermarket and shops right across the road and a regular bus service which can take you into Benidorm , we just got a taxi which was only 10-12 euros .
